With its 110sqm, the house is spacious and offers plenty of space for up to 7 people. The equipment is comfortable and the atmosphere is homely and informal.
The beautiful swimming pool (9.0 x 4.5 m) is located in the large garden in a unique panoramic position. Everyone will quickly find their favorite spot here, on the sun loungers or in the shade of the old holm oaks and umbrella pines. A magical place where you can relax and where the children have plenty of space to play.
For shopping you drive to Cortona, which is only about 4.5 km away. Here you will find numerous shops, a supermarket, a post office, banks, ice cream parlors as well
restaurants and breakfast bars.
The location of the house is ideal for vacationers who want to get to know the diverse province of Arezzo. A trip to Lake Trasimeno in the neighboring region of Umbria is also recommended, about 15 km away.
