In the countryside in the municipality of Campagnatico, a little off the beaten track, lies this small farm with holiday apartments.

The owner, Signora Mirella, lives also in the house and receives in three tastefully furnished holiday apartments of different sizes, their holiday guests.
Through the beautiful hillside you can enjoy everywhere in the garden a wide view of the gently rolling hills. The round pool invites you to relax in summer. In between, you can pass the time with a game of table tennis or a ride on a mountain bike. For the younger guests there are colorful play equipment.
In the evening you meet at the barbecue area and make friendship with the other holiday guests.
The sea is about 42 km, to the next village with small shops and restaurants is about 2.5 km. The famous towns of Siena and Montalcino can be reached in less than an hour's drive.

Apartment

First and second floor, separate staircase which opens into a small covered terrace, a living room with a sofa bed for a child, a staircase leads to the double bedroom, from which a few further steps lead into a small attic. There is a French bed (width 130 cm) for one or two children (if you don't want to use the sleeping sofa in the kitchen). The bathroom with shower/WC is located at the opposite of the staircase in the bedroom.

Additional costs

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Extra charge for pets € 35,- per week. The use of the air conditioning (only in the bedrooms in La Rosa and Cielo Stellato) and the heating - only when necessary - are charged extra. Security deposit € 150,- per apartment.

Note: Every Italian municipal administration can introduce a tourist tax. Because this additional levy can be introduced from one day to the next, and varies from place to place, Toscana Sì cannot he give definite information about it.

The nearest riding school distances only 5 minutes by car / ideal starting point for trips to Siena and Montalcino.

The wooden staircase leading to the loft in the apartment La Rosa is quite steep and not suitable for little children.

Di sogno agriturismo Fontepietri

Liebe Freunde der italienischen Gastfreundschaft, wir waren im letzten Sommer mit unseren beiden Söhnen das erste Mal bei Mirella in Fontepietri. Es war unser schönster Aufenthalt in der Toskana seither und wir verbringen jedes Jahr unseren Familienurlaub in der Toskana. Fontepietri ist traumhaft gelegen, mit einem gigantischen Ausblick. Gleich um die Ecke findet man italienische Restaurants mit überschwänglicher Küche und ohne Touristen ;-) Bei Mirella haben wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt, wir wurden mit einem Espresso empfangen und haben sie gleich in unser Herz geschlossen. Die Kinder haben sich keine Minute gelangweilt. Die Tischtennisplatte, der Pool im "Park" und die umliegenden Orte ringsherum boten Abwechslung und Erholung. Wir haben das Meer nicht vermisst. Auf jeden Fall sehen wir Mirella in diesem Sommer wieder Wir freuen uns schon. 1000 Dank an Toscana Si für diesen wertvollen Tipp!

Frühling in der Maremma

Hallo liebe Leute, unser Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus Campagnatico war ganz toll, super war auch, daß wir ganz allein dort waren! Nochmals vielen Dank für die Vermittlung!! Es wird sicher nicht der erste und letzte Urlaub dort gewesen sein, wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr! viele liebe Grüße Familie Futterer
