This family-run, small guest house is located at the entrance to the romantic fishing village of Castiglione della Pescaia in the province of Grosseto, on the outskirts of the commercial area (once you arrive, you will not notice anything). It is only about 2 km from the village center and the beautiful seaside, which is divided by the river Bruna in the Levante and Ponente beach.
Michele and his mother Damiana have created a lovely ambience with two lovely guest rooms with private bathroom and a cozy living room and take care of their guests.
Part of the large terrace is glazed and serves as a common kitchen and breakfast room. On sunny days breakfast is served in the open air.
To the completely fenced garden, where there are deck chairs for taking sun and some toys for the little guests. There is allso a second, covered communal terrace at the ground floor wich takes part of the garden.
In an other part of the property outside the garden, there is a barbecue area with tables and wooden benches, where the guests are welcome to prepare the freshly caught fish, which the fishing boats unload and sell in the harbor every evening.
You can easily reach the small shopping center, two discounts, the town center and the beaches with the free bicycles available on a foot and bike path along the main road.
The cities of Grosseto and Follonica are about 22 km away.

Durante la bassa stagione è possibile affittare tutto il secondo piano come un grande appartamento - si raggiungere l'entrata dalla scala interna, un soggiorno con camino, una cucina separata, una camera matrimoniale con balcone ed un bagno privato con doccia/WC, due camere matrimoniali, ciascuna con un bagno privato con doccia/WC, ampio terrazzo, giardino recintato, area barbecue. In bassa stagione è possibile affittare questo appartamento anche con solo due camere da letto. Prezzi su richiesta.
