This private holiday apartment is just right for vacationers who really want to get involved with the country and its people during their stay in Tuscany. In the small farmhouse in the countryside near Giuncarico - La Castellaccia district, Lucia and her husband have built a spacious holiday apartment on the first floor. The owner family lives on the ground floor.
The furnishing of the holiday apartment is simple and rustic, but you will find any comfort. The apartment can be reached via a separate external staircase that leads into a narrow balcony with space for a small table and a few chairs.
In the fenced garden there is a private, shady dining area available to holiday guests, near which you can also make a barbecue. A ready-made pool (7 x 3.90 m), which is available to holiday guests for exclusive use, provides for cooling on hot summer days.
Small children can have fun on the swing or play with the house cats. The farm, like everywhere in the country, has chickens, dogs and cats..
The area is ideal for mountain bike or racing bike tours. Sofia provides guests with a lockable room for safe storage.
First floor - a large living room with thermal fireplace, with which you can heat the whole apartment in winter. The kitchen is separated from the living room through an open bow. A small corridor leads to the sleeping area. There is a spacious bedroom with a double and two single beds, a smaller bedroom with two single beds, (here is also space for a baby cot) and a bathroom with shower / WC.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Surcharge for dogs € 35 per week and per dog (max. 2). One wash cycle per week is included in the rental price, each additional wash cycle € 5 including washing powder. Air condicion included. Firewood € 5 per box. Note: Every Italian municipal administration can introduce a tourist tax. Because this additional levy can be introduced from one day to the next, and varies from place to place, Toscana Sì cannot he give definite information about it.
