In two restored outbuildings of the former farmhouse at the feet of the village of Giuncarico, nine comfortable holiday apartments furnished in a country house style have been built.

There is a swimming pool (6 x 12 m) in the spacious garden, a bowling alley, a table tennis table and a barbecue. The overshadowed parking places are located on the property near the house. The terrain is near a narrow country road (somewhat curvy) and can be reached by a short cypress lined road.

Silvia and Giulio, the young and friendly landlords, help their guests with advice and action. With a lot of passion and personal commitment, they take care of the agriculture belonging to the house (grain and olive cultivation). Giulio's family lives in the large romantic mansion, which has the charm of a Sleeping Beauty castle with its old pink façade and the high bougainville, which rises on the walls.

The house also has a riding stable which is run by a German-speaking and experienced riding instructor.

To the sea to Castiglione della Pescaia is about 20 km. For shopping you reach to the near village of Giuncarico (about 2 km) where you find a small grocery store, a restaurant and a coffe bar.

Additional costs

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Baby cots on request € 15,- per week. The heating costs (only if necessary) are extra charged. Washing machine use € 4,- per wash (including washing powder). Security deposit € 150,- per accommodation.

Note: Every Italian municipal administration can introduce a tourist tax. Because this additional levy can be introduced from one day to the next, and varies from place to place, Toscana Sì cannot give definite information about it.

Silvia and Giulio are very friendly and helpful hosts / very beautiful location.

From the pool you can see in the distance in the valley the four-lane SS 1 Aurelia, in case of unfavorable wind you can also hear some noise.

Wieder mal ein gelungener Toskana-Urlaub

Liebe Jutta, liebe Eva, ja......es war wieder mal sehr schön in der Toskana. Das Wetter war herrlich und auch die Wohnung, das ganze Anwesen war sehr sehr schön. Der Garten und wie alles angelegt ist, mit dem Pool ect., hat uns sehr begeistert. Aber natürlich auch Giulio und seine Frau waren ganz nette, herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Was bleibt da noch zu sagen.......richtige Entscheidung getroffen, Urlaub gelungen und ein großes DANKE an euch beide und natürlich auch nochmal an Giulio und Silvia :-)

Urlaub vom 10. bis 24. Juli 2010

Nach langem Suchen haben wir uns wegen der pers. telefonischen Kontakte mit Toscana Si! für die FW im Podere Doganelle in Giuncarico entschieden. Unser Resumee: eine liebevoll renovierte Wohnung, ausreichend ausgestattet, Giulio der Besitzer ist echt nett und hilfsbereit, ausgesprochen gepflegte Wohnung und Anlage, einschl. Pool und als I-Tüpfelchen die deutschsprachige Reitmöglichkeit. Ein Fischlokal (Follonica) direkt am Kreisel war ein Supertipp. Es war total lecker und ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Weinprobe hatten wir täglich und die Ölmühlenbesichtung hat uns gut gefallen, war informativ auch die Jungs haben etwas mitbekommen. Aber das hatte ich ja vor Ort schon gesagt. Mit Giulio haben wir hin und wieder ein bisschen geplaudert. Er macht seine Sache echt klasse und war dankbar für unsere Tipps. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub und all die Tipps am Rande. Fam. Podere Doganelle

Hallo Frau Gramatke, nun - endlich kommen wir dazu, Ihnen für die wunderschöne Woche in der Toskana zu danken. Die Anlage lag traumhaft schön mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Die Wohnung im 1. Stock konnte nicht besser sein. Auch Guilio mit seiner Familie haben wir in allerbester Erinnerung. Natürlich sind wir nicht ohne 5 l Olivenöl von "San Luigi" nach Hause gefahren. Und das Restaurant in Ravi war Spitzenklasse. Wie Sie sehen, wir waren wieder absolut begeistert. Wenn Toskana - dann nur über Sie. Viele liebe Grüße aus München. Ihre Familie Beck
