This holiday resort with a total of 11 country-style apartments of different sizes is located in the countryside on the municipal boundary between Massa Marittima and Gavorrano.
There are two houses with a beautiful natural stone facade whicch lies on the edge of an old, partly still inhabited mining settlement. The area of Massa Marittima was famous for its iron mines in the 18th and 19th century.
Behind the houses begins a beautiful promenade, which leads to small waterfalls in the nearby forest. The nice pool (14 x 7 m) in the garden invites you to relax. For younger guests there is a separate paddling pool (ø 2.44 x 0.76 m) and some playground equipment available. On the warm summer evenings you can make friendship with the holiday neighbors at the common barbecue.
The resort is located about 9 km from the town of Massa Marittima and about 7 km from the small village of Valpiana. There is also a baker, a small grocery store and a pizzeria. The small village "La Pesta" is located 2.5 km from the house. There is a restaurant with bar and an beautiful large garden. You reach the seaside by Follonica after 20 km, and the small, idyllic bathing lake Lago dell'Accesa after 3 km.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels included. Extra bed € 30,- per week / Baby cot € 30,- per week. Extra charge for pets € 25,- per week. Washing machine use € 4,- per wash (without washing powder). Bike rental € 8,- per day. In the cooler season heating costs (only if necessary) are charged extra. Deposit € 100,- per apartment.
Note: Every Italian municipal administration can introduce a tourist tax. Because this additional levy can be introduced from one day to the next, and varies from place to place, Toscana Sì cannot he give definite information about it.
From the garden and from the pool you can enjoy a beautiful view into the surrounding countryside.
Near by the entry of the resort, there are a number of abandoned buildings belonging to the old mines / on the neighboring property a small construction company stores their material (but you don't see nothing of it, as soon as you enter into the property of Agriletizia) / the 600 m long gravel road which leads to the house is quite dusty in summer.
sauber gepflegte, schöne Anlage im Grünen, gemütliche Wohnungen mit Veranda oder Freisitzen mit Ausblick zum Pool, genialer Brötchenservice, Hundeparadies, Badespass im schönen Pool oder (Badesee in 3 km Entfernung), 10 km bis zur mittelalterlichen Stadt "MASSA MARITTIMA", W-Lan Verbindung am Sitzplatz oder in Poolnähe, einzig das angebotene Sat-TV präsentiert sich nur mit zwei deutschsprachigen Programmen wie ARD und ZDF ! Diese Anlage kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen, ein schöner Urlaub ist garantiert !

Liebe Jutta und liebe Eva, wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen in der Anlage Agriletizia. Martina und Daniel, die uns gleich herzlich empfangen haben waren wirklich sehr bemüht, dass es uns gut geht. Hervorzuheben ist, dass es einen täglichen Brotservice gab um 08:00 in der Früh stellte uns Martina das Baguette vor die Tür. So musste man morgens nicht zum Bäcker fahren. Die Anlage ist sehr großzügig angelegt und gerade für Familien sehr gut geeinget und wurde von den Beiden sehr gut gepflegt. Ein bischen schade war, dass die Wohnungen, die nicht eine überdachte Veranda hatten, kein Licht gehabt haben und man abends wenn es dunkel wurde weder was lesen noch ein Spiel spielen konnte. Aber mit ein bisschen Einfallsreichtum gelang es uns, dass wir abends draussen sitzen konnten und Licht hatten. Wir können die Anlage wirklich empfehlen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder in die Toskana und werden wieder bei Euch buchen.

Nach unserem Urlaub in Rom suchten wir (2 Erw., 2 Kind., 1 Hund)dann doch noch eine kurze Erholung für 4 Nächte in der Toskana. Wieder haben wir ein tolles Objekt vermittelt bekommen. Traumhaft. Die Ferienwohnungen sind sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt sowie die ganze Anlage. Die erwähnten "baufälligen Häuser" kurz vor der Unterkunft hätte wir uns schlimmer vorgestellt. Aber es ist wirklich eigentlich gar nicht erwähnenswert. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und die Besitzerin spricht auch etwas Englisch. Der Pool ist sehr schön und die Kinder waren total begeistert. Der Ausblick in die Landschaft ist herrlich. Wir sind begeistert und möchten uns nochmal ganz herzlich für die erneute, tolle Vermittlung bedanken. Familie Koch
