This idyllic and former farmhouse which is located off the beaten track between Follonica and Massa Marittima, has been built a few years ago with great attention to detail to a comfortable resort.
The rural charm was preserved during the renovation of the beautiful natural stone facade of the building and the rustic ambience.
There are 4 one-room apartments, 2 two-room apartments and 6 thre-room apartments available for the guests. in the middleof the garden there is the beautiful pool (9 x 16 m), which is framed by several pavilions, so you can also retreat into the shade.
Signora Gianna and her son Gabriele run the resort with great personal commitment.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Additional change of linen on request € 15,- per person. Extra charge for pets € 5,- per day. Extra bed € 20,- per day. A cot (for children up to 3 years, without towels) is provided free of charge after prior booking. Use of washing machine € 5,- per wash. Cost of underfloor heating and air conditioning (only when needed) will be charged extra. Deposit € 200,- per apartment.
Note: Every Italian municipal administration can introduce a tourist tax. Because this additional levy can be introduced from one day to the next, and varies from place to place, Toscana Sì cannot give definite information about it.
In the small grove next to the house you will find secluded places where you can read a book well / very nice and attentive hosts.
The last 200 m of the access road are gravelly and therefore a bit dusty in summer.
