This beautiful holiday apartment is located in a restored palazzo on Via Garibaldi, which encircles the ancient center of Monterotondo Marittimo. From the upper windows of the house, from the large terrace and from some secluded corners of the beautiful garden, the view sweeps over the hilly landscape of the Colline Metallifere and the Cornia Valley. On a clear day you can see the sea at San Vincenzo.
The house was carefully restored and stylishly furnished a few years ago by Giada and her husband. Giada has tastefully combined antique furniture with modern fittings and the result is a harmonious atmosphere that makes guests feel comfortable from the first moment.
At any time of the day you will find a nice place to sunbathe or read a book in the wonderful garden at the back of the house. It was laid out on different levels and meanders up the slope with small stairs, cozy niches and narrow paths. In the most beautiful places there are benches, bistro tables and chairs for an aperitivo in the evening sun and on the slightly wider level there is a large table and chairs, where you can dine al fresco.
On the spacious terrace there are sun loungers and seating. The spacious outdoor areas offer plenty of space for outdoor activities and the children will have fun playing hide and seek.
With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms, Sole di Toscana is the ideal holiday home for large families or 2 to 3 couples.
From the apartment you can take wonderful walks through the romantic old town streets. There are also a number of restaurants, breakfast bars and a number of small shops within easy walking distance. There is even a small, well-stocked supermarket nearby.
You can park your car free of charge in the public parking lots.
It is approx. 40 km to the famous bay of the Golfo di Baratti or to the beaches of San Vincenzo. About 110 km to Pisa and about 120 km to Florence, to name just a few of the possible destinations for day trips.
The Parco Naturalistico delle Biancane, a natural park with geysers from which water vapor escapes, is definitely worth seeing. This nature park is located in close proximity to the town. Here you can visit Lake Boracifero and a geothermal system with a natural geyser near the district of the same name.
Giada and her husband are very fond of animals and therefore the four-legged family members are very welcome in their house.
Semi-detached house, separate entrance - an internal staircase leads to the apartment door on the first floor. A spacious living area with dining table and exit to the approx. 80 square meter panoramic terrace, a separate kitchen with exit to the balcony, three double bedrooms (two additional beds are possible), two bathrooms with shower / toilet.
