This ancient Tuscan country estate is just a 5-minute drive from the Puntone di Scarlino marina, nestled between rolling hills, vineyards and olive groves.

The natural stone house was built in the middle of the 19th century and is part of an agricultural business that has mainly grown olives for generations. The property is surrounded by Mediterranean mixed forest, which invites you to take long, relaxing walks or to explore the area by mountain bike. There is a riding school nearby, which organizes horse rides for experienced riders.

The apartment is on the first floor above the owner's apartment, which is occasionally occupied by family members. There are two more small detached houses on the property, which are also used by the family.

In the large communal garden there is a shaded patio as well as a pavilion and for the little guests there is a swing and a small play house.

The apartment was furnished in the typical Tuscan country house style and the loggia offers a wonderful view of the garden and the surrounding forests and olive groves. A wonderful place for breakfast outdoors or an aperitivo in the evening.

The beach near and the small port of Puntone are approx. 6 km away, the romantic bays of Cala Martina (approx. 9 km) and Cala Violina (approx. 11 km) are easily accessible.

The ancient village of Scarlino is about 3 km away. There are small shops, a post office, breakfast bars, a few restaurants and a tobacco and magazine shop.

For evening strolls and shopping you can drive to the lively seaside resort of Follonica (14 km). In Bagno di Gavorrano (approx. 6 km) there are a well-stocked supermarket and some small shops and trattorias.

Casa Cecilia (about 80 sqm)

First floor - a stone staircase leads to the loggia, on which there is a bistro table and four chairs. From the front door you enter a narrow hallway, from which the rooms lead off to the left. The first is one of the two double rooms, then you reach the separate kitchen with a sofa bed, followed by the bathroom with bathtub and toilet. At the end of the hall is the second double room. In the garden in front of the apartment there is a shaded patio that invites you to dine outdoors. In May the apartment is only available with one double bedroom. In this case the sofa bed in the kitchen can be used for 2 children. On request, this option is also available for the month of October.

The bathroom is a bit older. In August the house is used by the owner family and is therefore not available for holiday guests.
