This restored, former farmhouse is located on a hillside on the outskirts of Venturina in the municipality of Campiglia Marittima. The young owner Paola and her father Giordano have turned the old family property into a small, beautiful holiday complex.
In the large two-storey main building 5 housing units of different sizes have found space. To the side there is a small stone house that Paola and her family use as a reception room for the arrival of their guests.
In the garden with old trees in a fenced separate area is a pool (12 x 6 m) with a round, integrated children's wading pool. A barbecue is available for shared use. For fun and games there are a ping-pong table, a bowling green and a table football availeble. For the youngest among the guests are colorful plastic playground equipment available. It is possible to rent mountain bikes for to reach the nearby village and discover the surroundings.
The location of the house is also ideal for a stay in the cooler seasons, as in Venturina is the thermal bath "Il Calidario", where there is year-round 36 ° C warm water.
You can reach to the beach along the Via della Principessa between San Vincenzo and Piombino (9 km), to the Parco Costiero della Sterpaia (13 km), to the beach Morteliccio (12 km) or to the picturesque Golfo di Baratti (about 11 km).
The nearest large supermarket is about 1.6 km, the pedestrian area of Venturina (in which there is a very good pastry shop) about 1.3 km. Of course you will also find many restaurants and other pubs in the village center.
The apartments are all simply and rustically furnished in country house style and each have a separate entrance. Two of the apartments are handicapped accessible according to Italian standards.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Extra bed € 30 per week, baby cot € 15 per week. A surcharge of € 7 (Papavero, Iris, Margherita) and €10 (Narciso, Viola) per day will be charged for the use of the air conditioning.Heating costs - only if necessary - will be charged extra. Note: The municipality charges the so-called "tassa di soggiorno" (tourist tax). Since the amount changes from year to year and is set only at the beginning of the season, we can not give any information at the moment.
The proximity to the village also makes it possible to reach the center on foot or by bike / with the landlords you can buy olive oil from own harvest and local land wines / that the pool is fenced, is especially appreciated by families with small children.
Depending on the traffic volume, road noise can also be heard from the road that leads to Suvereto / in the pool a bathing cap must be worn.
