This holiday home is on the first floor of a detached two-family house in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the coastal town of Cecina in the province of Livorno. The proximity to the sea and the center of Cecina (approx. 3 km) make it an ideal domicile for a beach holiday.
The apartment can accommodate four to five guests. It has a balcony and a terrace. The private garden area is completely fenced and has an automatic entrance gate. Families with dogs can easily enjoy a relaxing holiday here. The owner is very animal-friendly and allows you to bring more than one dog. The car can be parked on the property or along the street in front of the house.
There is a well-stocked supermarket near the apartment where you can buy fresh bread and rolls for a leisurely breakfast in the garden or on the terrace. For an extensive shopping spree you drive to Cecina. In the city center there is a pedestrian zone with numerous shops, banks, ice cream parlors, restaurants and much more.
The well-known amusement park Cavallino Matto in Marina di Castagneto Carducci is 20 km away and is definitely worth a trip. The city of Pisa with the leaning tower on the Piazza dei Miracoli can be reached in about 60 km.

Apartment

Separate entrance on the first floor - the apartment can be reached via an external staircase. Large dining room with adjoining open kitchen area and exit to the balcony. From here you can reach the living room with an open fireplace (an extra bed can be placed here) and a second exit to the balcony. A hallway leads to one of the two double bedrooms with exit to the balcony. Two steps lead to the second double bedroom and the bathroom with bathtub/toilet. In the garden below the stone steps there is a cozy seating area that invites you to dine outdoor. The car can be parked on the property under a shady pergola.

Quiet location in a residential area. The nearest supermarket is within walking distance. Since the garden is completely fenced, this apartment is particularly suitable for family vacations with dogs. It is also allowed to bring more than one dog.
