This two-family house is located within walking distance to the beach promenade of Avola.

Corrado and his wife Giusi live together with their son and the friendly family dog in the ground floor apartment and are always happy to provide their guests with information and excursion tips.

The holiday apartment is located on the first floor and has a large, covered balcony from which one can look sideways to the sea. Here you can dine or let the evening fade away with a glass of the famous Avola wine.

The long sandy beach is just a few minutes walk away from the property. There is also a small restaurant with a panoramic terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the bay.

First floor of a two-family house - you reach the apartment via the staircase, kitchen with sofa bed (for 2 children) and access to a large balcony (about 33 sqm), on which there is a dining area and sun loungers, a guest toilet, a double room with private bathroom with shower/WC. From one side of the balcony you can see the beach.

Additional costs

Final cleaning included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for € 15 per person. Extra charge for pets € 35,- per week. The use of the air conditioning is included. Security deposit € 200,-.

Note: Every Italian municipal administration can introduce a tourist tax. Because this additional levy can be levied from one day to another, and varies from place to place, Toscana Sì can not provide any binding information.

Very nice landlord family / You do not need a car to reach the nearby beach.

The apartment is located in a settlement and there are of course also laughter, chats and music in the neighborhood (we personally do not find that annoying... quite the opposite!).

Perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, perfekter, großartiger Gastgeber (lieber Herr Corrado, vielen Dank, dass wir bei Ihnen Gast sein durften), perfekte Lage, perfektes Meer, perfekte, traumhafte Umgebung (Geschichte pur zum Anfassen). Vielen Danke dafür!!! Hallo Eva und Jutta, wir haben nun schon mehrfach über euch gebucht, da die Objekte immer sehr ausgewählt und die Anmerkungen (positiv und auch negativ) zu diesen immer sehr ehrlich waren. Diesmal allerdings wurden die positiven weit übertroffen. Wir können nicht alles einzeln aufzählen (sind z. B. nur 200 m bis zum kühlen Nass). Es war einfach alles rund. Sizilien und vielleicht auch Herr Corrado, wir sehen uns wieder. Axel und Ute aus Berlin 30.06.-14.07.2017
