The detached house is located in a quiet residential area of the small seaside resort of Lido di Noto. It is part of the municipality of the famous city of Noto, whose baroque old town center was declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco in 2002.
The name of the house "Casa Melograno" comes from the large pomegranate tree that stands on the side of the house and with which the sympathetic owner Corrado associates many childhood memories.
On the completely fenced plot are numerous lemon and orange trees whose wonderful scent fills the air. In the spacious house, which is equipped with all comforts, which makes a holiday pleasant, can accommodate up to 5 people. On the large terrace, which can be reached from the kitchen, there is a large dining area with chairs. At the foot of the stone steps leading down to the garden is a brick barbecue.
Near the house there are a small supermarket and some restaurants. Along the nearby beach promenade "Lungomare" you will find some beach bars, where you can have a snack or in the evening at sunset an aperitif can take.
The famous town of Noto, is only about 8.5 km away.
The house is accessed from a paved terrace with a table and chairs, living room, separate kitchen with exit to the terrace, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single and a double bed, two bathrooms with shower/WC. From the rear terrace, which also is furnished with a dining area, you reach the private garden with barbeque by a few stairs.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Electricity costs: the first 50 Kw are included, each additional Kw/h is charged at 35 cents. The wood for the stove is also charged according to consumption. The price depends on the current price development. Deposit € 150,-.

The quiet location and the proximity to the beach make this accommodation the perfect holiday destination.
The only negative point that comes to this place is, that you don't whant to leave again.
