The apartment consists of a hallway with a single bed at the back. The balcony overlooks the small piazza. From here you can enjoy the sunset over the small port of La Marina with a good glass of delicious local wine in the evening and watch the merry hustle and bustle of the walkers who commute back and forth between the pedestrian zone with its numerous bars and small shops and the Marina. In the morning, on the other hand, you can admire the sunrise over the sea on the balcony of the living room and the double bedroom while having breakfast.
The central location is ideal as you can walk to bakers, grocery stores, newsagents, tobacconists, restaurants, breakfast bars and also the small town beach surrounded by a high fortress wall. The beach La Palja is also only 2 km away from the apartment, but the path goes along a busy road and is better accessible by car, especially with children.
The long sandy beach invites you to sunbathe and go for walks. In addition to coffee and ice cream, the beach stalls also offer a delicious lunchtime snack, such as the traditional Pane Cunzato, so you can enjoy the sea all day long.
The location is ideal for trips to Erice, Segesta, Monreale, Trapani, San Vito lo Capo, Scopello and the Parco dello Zingaro nature reserve. In the cooler season you can relax in the nearby thermal baths Terme Segestane in the 38°C warm water.

Nice central location in the old town center. Bakers, butchers, fruit and vegetable shops as well as coffee bars, restaurants and the small fishing port of La Marina are within easy walking distance. The sunrises and sunsets, which can be viewed from the two balconies, are unique. Extremely nice and hospitable landlord.
In midsummer and, mainly on the weekends in the low season, you will hear the hustle and bustle on the piazza at night / in the immediate vicinity of the house there are only paid parking spaces in the high season, so that - if you are looking for a free parking space - it is a somewhat longer walk to must buy.
