This beautiful holiday villa is located in the rural surroundings of the very picturesque ancient village of Civitella in Val di Chiana. It lies on a forest clearing in the middle of the 15.000 qm large property.

The pool (ca. 6 x 12 m) lies on a little rise near by the house and offers a panoramic view over the Valdichiana Valley.
In the little town of Civitella in Valdichiana which distances ca. 3 km you find shops and restaurants.
By car you can reach to Arezzo in ca. 15 minutes, to Siena in ca. 50 minutes, to Cortona in ca. 30 minutes and to the beautiful city of Florence in ca. one hour.
Mezzanine floor: entrance from the loggia, living room, dining room, living/bedroom with sofa bed for 2 persons, one bathroom with bath tube, the kitchen is separated from the living room by a round arch and has an exit to the roofed terrace with he dining area. Basement (access from the kitchen) with laundry and utility room. First floor: stair case and floorboard, two double rooms, one double room with balcony, an other double room (one of this room has a chair-bed for one person), two bathrooms with shower/WC. Wide paved terrace with a stair to the garden.

The villa has been lovingly furnished and spreads a very special flair. The driveway leading to the house is non-stop illuminated.
The only negative point we found about this holiday home is that you don't want to depart any more.
