This beautiful stone cottage is located in the countryside in the municipality of Foiano della Chiana. On the surrounding fenced plot is still a second building in which lives the landlord family.
The beautiful pool (5 x 10 m) with travertine floor, which is located in the garden in front of the holiday home, is available to the guests for exclusive use. The house was lovingly restored by the landlord himself with the help of his brother and his father.
For shopping you drive to the nearby village Foiano della Chiana (about 5.5 km). There are supermarkets, restaurants, banks, a post office and every Monday morning an interesting weekly market is having place.
A trip to the nearby province of Umbria and the famous Lake Trasimeno, which is only about 27 km away, should definitely belong to the holiday program. The proximity to the beautiful cities of Cortona (28 km), Lucignano (5.5 km) and Arezzo (34 km), Siena (57 km) and Florence (93 km) make this holiday home an ideal starting point to explore the most beautiful corners of the province of Arezzo.
In the countryside near Cortona, an 18-hole golf course was opened just a few years ago.
Ground floor - entrance from a covered porch with pizza oven: a living-dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed and a gallery (single bed for one child), a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower/WC, shaded terrace with table and chairs in front of the house.

Ideal ambience for a family holiday with children or for 2 couples of friends. Since there is a pellet stove in the apartment, it is also suitable for stays outside the summer months.
In the back of the garden is a power pole, which will soon be dismantled. Unfortunately, the landlord does not know exactly when this will be done.
