Who chooses this house as a holiday home, will be rewarded on arrival for his choice. The complex is located in the municipality of Pian di Scò on a plateau, from which one has a breathtaking vie over a beautiful landscape. The area is known for its unusual, bizarre rock formations called "Balze", which give the viewer a real natural spectacle that, over the course of the day, continues to fascinate visitors due to the different incidence of light.
The completely restored farmhouse is part of a family farm that grows olives and wine. It was divided into four beautiful apartments of different sizes. The apartments have been furnished with great imagination and attention to detail by Gaia and her mother. In the well-tended garden the holiday guests a pool (12 x 6 m) is available. A small children's pool is set up in the summer, so that even the little ones can enjoy the freshness.
The resort is also ideal for a low season stay as it has a small wellness center with a whirl pool, a sauna and a massage room, as well as some fitness equipment. On the balmy summer evenings, you can barbecue in the garden or end the day with a glass of good home-grown wine.
Ground floor - separate entrance by the terrace from which you enter the large living room with fireplace, an open passage leads into the dining room, from here you access to the kitchen, which can also be accessed directly from the living room. Furthermore, there is a sleeping area separated by a curtain (sleeping sofa for 2 persons) with access to a small bathroom with shower/WC and a terrace door leading out into the garden. By a staircase in the rear area of the living room one reaches the first floor, where two double rooms are located. The larger one has a comfortable reading corner, which can be converted into a sleeping area for two children. To this bedroom belongs a private bath with tub (with massage jugs) and WC. The second bedroom also has a private bathroom with shower/WC. In the hallway between the two rooms, an open wooden staircase leads to a gallery with a French bed that can sleep one adult or two children. In front of the apartment door there is a nice seating area with a shaded roof.

The proximity to the village allows you to reach the center by foot or by bicycle. You can buy olive oil and wine from his own harvest as well as a home-brewed beer.
The covered loggia of the apartment Le Balze is somewhat small.
Eine Unterkunft im Norden der Toscana mit viel Weitblick und Liebe zum Detail. Elisa und Narzario haben mit ihrer liebenswerten Art und ihrer Gastfreundlichkeit uns einen unvergessenen Urlaub beschert. Mit all den wunderschönen Details ist die Unterkunft ein wahre Augenweide. Neben dem Willkommeskuchen, Wein und Öl aus eigner Herstellung, hatten wir gemeinsam mit unseren Kindern das Glück, einen wundervollen Pizzaabend mit einer liebenswerten italienischen Familie zu verbringen. Dank der günstigen Lage der Unterkunft kann man Florenz und Arezzo mit dem Zug erkunden. Elisa und Narzario stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. So auch bei der Empfehlung der lokalen Gastronomie. So kamen wir auch zur Pizzeria Andrea .... Ein echter Gaumenschmaus egal ob Pizza la Porta via oder Meeresfrüchte à la carte.
