The name Panconesi stands for exquisite country house furniture throughout Italy. The family business was founded at the beginning of the 1960s and is now one of the most well-known “Made in Italy” companies in the furniture industry.
Since the end of the 80s, the Panconesi family (now in the second and soon also the third generation) has been successfully providing accommodation to holidaymakers from all over the world on their estate. With passion and a lot of personal commitment, she has created a small holiday paradise in the municipality of Montespertoli. The guests discover the meaning of the Italian term "dolce vita" as soon as they arrive.
The former, lavishly restored farmhouse with its outbuildings is nestled in a wonderful hilly landscape whose vineyards belong to the Chianti region. A total of 10 comfortably furnished holiday apartments of various sizes are available.
The large pool (18 x 9 m) invites you to relax and offers the necessary refreshment in high summer. To the delight of all parents, this also includes a children's paddling pool (5 x 4 m), in which the little holiday guests can have fun.
The tennis court is also very much appreciated by sports enthusiasts. Gueste can allso take a walk in the beautiful surroundings.
It is about 6.5 km to the small town of Montespertoli, where there are shops and restaurants. This holiday complex is ideal as a starting point for excursions to the famous cities of Tuscany: San Gimignano approx. 28 km, Florence approx. 38 km (but an hour's drive), Volterra approx. 48 km, Siena approx 55 km, Pisa approx 76 km, Lucca approx. 80 km.
In about 1.5 hours you can also reach some of the beautiful beaches (e.g. Vada or Tirrenia) in the provinces of Livorno and Pisa, so a day trip to the sea is definitely part of the holiday program.

Note: Every Italian municipal administration can introduce a tourist tax. Because this additional levy can be introduced from one day to the next, and varies from place to place, Toscana Sì cannot he give definite information about it.
Very beautiful and stylishly furnished apartments. A Wellcome Buffet can be ordered for the evening on the day of arrival (only during the high season). For bookings of at least one week (excluding special offers) a welcome basket is available with salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, mineral water, beer, Coca Cola, fruit juice and toilet paper. From time to time cooking events are offered on request (for a fee).
The last one and a half kilometers of the driveway lead over a gravel road, which can only be driven on slowly. The bathrooms are a bit older.
