The Tenuta Moriano winery is located between Florence and Siena, in the well-known Chianti wine-growing region, near the historic town of Montespertoli.
Here the holiday guests experience the authentic flair of Italian wine culture up close, between vineyards and olive groves.
In some of the former farm buildings of the “Fattoria”, 8 individual three-room and 2 two-room apartments were set up for the holidaymakers. Care was taken to ensure that the apartments' terraces offer enough privacy to dine outdoors or enjoy the sun undisturbed.
In the spacious communal garden there is a large pool (20 x 9,30 m) also as a separate children's pool. Here you can meet other holidaymakers and exchange tips for excursions or recommend one of the numerous restaurants in the area. The children quickly find new friends with whom they have plenty of space to play on the spacious grounds.
By arrangement, guided tours of the wine cellar followed by a tasting are offered, where you can taste the Chianti wines as well as grappa, liqueurs and the excellent in-house extra virgin olive oil.
There are secluded walking paths and a jogging path on the large property, which is popular with sports enthusiasts.
If you want, you can order a welcome buffet for the day of arrival so that you can start your holiday relaxed after the long drive. In the morning you can also be pampered with a newspaper and bread roll service.
The whole family can take part in the occasional cooking courses and discover the secrets of Tuscan cuisine.
It is about 30 km to the provincial capital Florence, to Siena about 50 km, to Lucca and Pisa each about 80 km, to Arezzo about 100 km.
If you want to spend a day at the sea, you can reach the coast near Livorno in about an hour's drive.

Note: Any Italian municipal administration is free to introduce a tourist tax. Since this additional, compulsory charge can be levied from one day to the next and varies from place to place in terms of altitude and duration, Toscana Sì can not provide any binding information.
Upon arrival at the apartment, guests will find a welcome pack with a bottle of IGT wine, a bottle of water, brochures and travel guides with useful information for your holiday. Kitchen towels, sponge and washing-up liquid as well as toilet paper are available in every apartment. There are walking paths and a jogging path on the property. Sales of in-house products: IGT and Chianti wines, grappa, liqueurs and virgin olive oil. Very extensive range of services: grocery shopping, morning bread and newspaper service, take away restaurant service, welcome buffet on the day of arrival (only in high season), cooking courses, home cooking, eno trekking, wine tastings.
There are only two apartments, Lorenzo and Cosimo, that have a dishwasher. The last kilometer of access leads over a gravel road, which can only be driven on slowly.
