The beautiful, oval pool (12 x 6 m) in the garden gives refreshment and joy to the guesta. Of course there is the possibility to grill in the garden. Ideal home for families who want to spend their holidays together, far from the well known turistic roads.
The landlord's family lives in the main house. The three apartments have been furnished in a large adjoining building.
To city of Grosseto is about 15 km, to the sea near by Marina di Grosseto is about 27 km.
Two adjoining, mirror-inverted residential units. They are both divided as follows: Ground floor - a separate entrance, a large living/dining room with open fireplace and kitchenette with access to the covered terrace (30 qm) and the private garden area, separate TV room, children's room with one single bed (one extra bed is possible), a bathroom with shower/WC. A staircase leads to the first floor: a large double bedroom, a large bedroom with 2 single beds and a nice bathroom with bathtub and shower/WC.
Ground floor, entrance via the covered veranda (20 qm) - living room with kitchenette and sleeping sofa for a child under 13 years, one double bedroom, disabled access bathroom with shower/WC, small private garden area.

The roughly 600 m long dirt road is rather bumpy and in the summer quite dusty.
Hallo liebes Toscana Si Team. Wir waren schon öfter in Italien, aber das erste mal durch euch in der Toscana. Ihr habt uns eine echt super Unterkunft empfohlen und dann auch vermittelt. Ein traumhaftes und schönes Stück Erde. Die Vermieter total nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ordentlich, sauber und gepflegt. Alles da was man braucht. Am schönsten war jedoch der Ausblick...... aus allen Fenstern nur schönstes Panorama...... die Terasse....... der Pool......................einfach herlich alles. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und sollte diese Unterkunft nicht mehr frei sein vertrauen wir voll auf eure Erfahrung. Liebe Grüße Britta & Andi
