In this very beautiful, restored stone house, a former "fienile" (hayloft), two large apartments have been developed.
Through the hillside you can enter the 2 floors of the apartments also on the ground floor. In front of the house there is a large terrace with pool (8,5 x 4 m), both for common use.
Each of the apartments is also available on the right or left side of the house a separate, shaded dining area. Of course there is also the possibility to grill in the garden.
Above the house is the main building of the former farm, where there is also a small antique chapel. There lives temporarily one of the two landlord families.
The house is located on a 60 ha plot between Istia d'Ombrone and Campagnatico about 15 km from Grosseto and 27 km from the coast.
Ground floor, entrance from the terrace - a dining room with a kitchenette hidden in a cupboard, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/WC. First floor - a large living-bedroom with 2 single beds and a cozy sofa corner as well as a bathroom with shower/WC.

Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower/toilet (accessible from the living room). First floor - two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/toilet. Terrace with dining area and views of the pool in front of the apartment door. Part of the garden is fenced.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels included. Baby cot (for children up to 3 years) free of charge. Extra bed € 50,- per week. Surcharge for dogs € 15 per dog per week (only possible in apartment Olivo). The heating costs (only if required) are calculated according to consumption. The gas consumption for the barbeque is extra charged. Security deposit € 200,- per accommodation.

Fantastic panoramic location / ideal for friendly families. Sale of organic products from the own cultivation such as wine and the excellent extra virgin olive oil.
The dirt road to the house (about 1 km) is quite dusty in summer.
