This family farm is located in Pian di Rocca, in the municipal district of Castiglione della Pescaia, just along the road to Punta Ala and Follonica.

For many years, Federico and his family have been a favorite fish restaurant in the local population. Everything that is grown on the surrounding 5 hectares of land coltivated by the father Gaetano, is transformed into Tuscan delicacies in the restaurant kitchen by the mother Laura.

Olive oil, table wine and freshly harvested fruit and vegetables from our own production can be purchased directly from the guests.

Since the summer of 2010 there is a guest house, which is located in a lovingly restored annexe and contains four guest rooms and a nice two.room apartment. It is located on the ground floor and has access from both the beautiful bright kitchen and the bedroom to a terrace and to the garden.

All rooms are bright and friendly, have very nice bathrooms and a private place to eat outside.

The distance to Castiglione della Pescaia is about 5 km, to the nearest beach to Le Rocchette about 2.5 km. In the village there is a large supermarket, a discount and many small foodstuffs, bakers as well as fruit and vegetable stands. At the port you can buy the freshly caught fish in the evening.

Mid-season prices apply on Italian public holidays and bridge weekends.

Additional costs

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Extra linen change € 10,- per double room. Extra bed in the double rooms (if the room permits) € 20,- per day. Baby cot on request free of charge. Use of the washing machine is free of charge. No extra charges for the use of the air-conditioning system or heating. Use of bicycles is free. Half board available on the spot. A sicurity deposit of € 150,- must be paid for the Scirocco apartment.

Note: Any Italian municipal administration is free to introduce a tourist tax. Since this additional, compulsory charge can be levied from one day to the next and varies from place to place in terms of altitude and duration, Toscana Sì can not provide any binding information.

By bicycle you can cycle through Mediterranean scrub forest and meadows to the nearest beach at Le Rocchette without having to drive over the main road.

Since this holiday resort is quite close to the road, occasional traffic noise can not be excluded.
