This nice and fully renovated holiday home is located over the ancient town of Castiglione della Pescaia, near by the old mill “Il Mulinaccio”.

A stony stair case leads up to the gate from which you reach the terrance with a breath taking panoramic view over the lowland, the nature reserve Diaccia Botrona and the cove with it's sandy beaches lined with pine woods. Here you can have open air dinner, enjoy the sun or drink a glass of the wonderful Tuscany wine in the night.

The accommodation is tasteful furnished and has a very well equipped kitchen.

Who loves running can reach the romantic old town with it's castle, the lively center and also the small fishing port, and the beaches "Spiaggia di Levante" and "Spiaggia di Ponente" by feet.

Near by the apartment you find a discount and a little shopping centre with a well appointed super market.

The towns of Grosseto and Follonica distance both ca. 22 km.

Apartment

You enter the apartment via a terrace with panoramic views. A large living room with a sofa bed for two people, a separate kitchen, a guest toilet. A few steps lead to the second level: a bathroom with shower/toilet, a bedroom with two single beds that can be put together if desired, a storage room from which you can access a narrow terrace (only suitable for hanging up laundry). Third level: a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed. Private covered open parking box at the house.

Additional costs

Final cleaning included. Bed linen and towels can be rent for € 12,- per person per change. Extra charge for the use of heating and air condition. Security Deposit € 200,-.

Note: Every Italian municipal administration can introduce a tourist tax. Because this additional levy can be introduced from one day to the next, and varies from place to place, Toscana Sì cannot he give definite information about it.

The panoramic view from the terrance is really fantastic / you can reach the town and the sea by feet.

The house has being built on the hillside and you must climb some stairs to reach to the entrance / the way back from town to Casa Colibri is uphill.

Toller Urlaub

Liebe Jutta, liebe Eva, vielen Dank für eure tolle Betreuung und euer liebevolles Kümmern bei unseren Fragen. Wir konnten wirklich stress- und sorgenfreie zwei Wochen am Meer verbringen. Unser Domizil war super: so viel Platz, eine tolle Aussicht und neben einer komfortablen, modernen und gepflegten Ausstattung eine perfekt eingerichtete Küche mit allem Drum und Dran. Mein Mann Manfred ist unser Koch, und er war sehr angetan von all den praktischen Gerätschaften. In den letzten Jahren sind wir im Winter gerne nach Dänemark an die Nordsee gefahren (auch wunderschön!), aber nach diesem Urlaub in Castiglione kommen wir lieber nächstes Jahr wieder in die Toscana, zu euch. ...jeder Urlaub hat mal ein Ende!!!

Hallo Frau Gramatke, hallo Frau Hens, leider sind wir wieder zurück im kalten Deutschland, nun ja, jeder Urlaub hat mal ein Ende!!! Es hat alles gepasst und wie immer eine reibungslose Abwicklung!!
