Beautiful, restored farmhouse with natural stone facade near Follonica. There are 6 apartments for the holiday guests, five of them are located in the main house, the sixth consists of a little detached cottage.
From the large communal garden you can to the sea lovely landscape, the sea and the island of Elba at the horizon. In front of the main house there is a private patio for each apartment.
Around the beautiful pool (7 x 14 m) children quickly find contact with other little guests. The adults find a sunny or shady places to recover from the stress of everyday life.
From the house you can also take long walks in nature. The sea and the town of Follonica are about 4 km.

Note: Every Italian municipal administration can introduce a tourist tax. Because this additional levy can be introduced from one day to the next, and varies from place to place, Toscana Sì cannot he give definite information about it.
Very popular because of the proximity to the coast and the beautiful panorama.
The expressway is relatively close, but it is not visible. Depending on the wind direction, there are occasional traffic sounds (so far, however, there have never been any complaints).
Mit unvergesslichen Eindrücken und mehreren Litern Olivenöl sind wir heute aus der Toskana zurückgekehrt. Die Unterkunft in der Azienda Agricola "Il Martellino" hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die reichlichen Ausflugs-Empfehlungen (Restaurants, Geschäfte) und sonstigen nützlichen Tipps waren sehr hilfreich und findet man in dieser Qualität wohl nur bei "TOSCANA-Si!". Ein besonderes Lob auch, Frau Gramatke, für die völlig problemlose Vermittlung der Reise. Bis bald in der Toskana!
