Anyone who dreams of a holiday right by the sea will like this former fisherman's cottage. It is located directly on the "Lungomare", Follonica's seafront promenade, between the Hotel Orchidea and the Bagno Roma lido.
A few steps lead down to the tiled terrace, where there is a table with chairs and a parasol. The house has 3 bedrooms and offers enough space for 6 people. The furnishings are simple and holiday-friendly and from the sun-drenched enclosed veranda you look directly onto the beach and the sparkling sea.
The unique location of the house with direct access to the beach and view of the Island of Elba makes your stay an unforgettable beach holiday.
In the adjacent Bagno Roma you can have breakfast with pastries and cappuccino in the morning, have a small snack at lunchtime and perhaps enjoy a sundowner in the evening.
You don't need a car for daily shopping or going to a restaurant, as numerous shops, fruit and vegetable shops, trattorias, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, banks and much more are within walking distance.
During the main holiday season, the beach promenade is of course very lively and summer guests also like to walk along the sea until late in the evening.
The first 5 meters of the beach section at the back of the house are private and are available to guests for private use. The rest of the beach can also be used by other holidaymakers.
House on the beach promenade - from the garden gate you can reach the terrace via a few steps. Behind the entrance door is a narrow hallway, from which the separate kitchen leads off to the left, opposite is the double bedroom and one of the two bathrooms with shower. There is a sofa further back in the hallway. Here are the other two bedrooms, each with two single beds, which can be put together as a double bed if necessary. The second bathroom with shower. At the end of the hallway there is a spacious, glazed veranda converted into a dining room with direct access to the beach. Sun loungers and a parasol are available for the small private beach section behind the house.

Final cleaning included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for € 12 per person per change. Free WiFi. Cot (without bed linen) free of charge on request. Heating costs are calculated based on consumption (only if necessary). Deposit € 200.
