Tuscany is the dreamland for many people, also Charles from Great Britain had lost his heard in this beautiful area. A few years ago he built this two-story villa from natural stone in the little town of Bagno di Gavorrano. The nice swimming pool heatable (12 x 5 m) in the lagre garden is at the guest's disposal.
The spacious villa is furnished in a very special style with a few authentic antiquities. The atmosphere is created by the nice combination of the Tuscan country style and the English elegance. The house is the ideal domicile for two couples or for great families who need much space. In the large garden everyone finds his favoured place, for reading a book, take the sun, play on the grassed area.
Entrance from the garden in the corridor. At the right is located the separate kitchen with a dining table and an exit to the garden. Straight on is located the large living/dining room with an open fire place and an exit to the terrace, across a small corridor you reach to a guest toilet. The stairs in the entrance area leads up to the first floor: small corridor with two double rooms, both with a private bathroom with shower/WC or with bathtub/WC. Across a glass door you reach in a separate part of the villa: one bathroom with bathtub/WC, a small separate kitchen with exit to a balcony, a corridor with exit to an other balcony from which you reach to the upstairs garden, a studio with a bed sofa for 2 persons and an other double room.

The final cleaning and the first set of bed linen and towels are included. Extra set of bed of linen and towels on request €12,- per person. For the use of the sofa bed € 100,- per person per week. Extra charge for one dog € 35,- per week. Free baby cot. Consumption of electricity will be charged separately. Firewood € 5,- per case. Security deposit € 300,-.
Note: Ever Italian municipal administration can introduce a tourist tax. Because this additional levy can be introduced from one day to the next, and varies from place to place, Toscana Sì cannot he give definite information about it.
The big park arround the villa cares for privacy. Because of the heated pool, this house is also suitable for the cooler seasons.
The villa is loaced near by the commercial area, but the large park covers it. The railway line drives past to the proximity.
