Situated in the countryside below the small town of Ravi, this completely restored natural stone house is certainly one of the most beautiful rental properties in our offer.
Six different large apartments are available to the guests. The decor of all apartments is very individual, cozy and rustic.
In the large communal garden there is also a pool (13 x 6.50 m), where you can relax. The house is surrounded by olive groves, wine yards and fields and on a paddock a bit apart from the accommodations the two peaceful horses graze.
You reach the holiday resort is about a 1.5 km long dirt road. To the sea is about 19 km, the nearest grocery store is about 2.5 km away.
In the main house - ground floor: separate entrance on terrace, living room with kitchenette, fireplace and open sleeping area and a spacious bathroom with shower/WC.
Separate, single-storey detached house: a living room with kitchenette, a double bed and a sofa bed for 1 child, a bathroom with shower/WC. Outdoor dining area on the front porch.
Small separate cottage: the living room is by a partition that does not, however, extend to the ceiling, in the sleeping area (1 double bed) and living / kitchen area (1 sofa bed for 2 children) divided up. However, there is no door between them, but only a curtain. The bathroom with shower/WC is very small. Of course, a dining area is outdoors available.

The final cleaning is included. In the apartments Quercia and Viticcio the electricity consumption is included up to 30 kW/h per week. Each additional kilowatt hour is calculated according to the meter with 60 cents extra. A linen set per person (bed linen and towels) is provided at the beginning of the stay. Extra change of linen - only on request - is charged with € 15,- per person. Extra charge for dogs € 45,- per week and dog. Heating costs (only if required) are charged according to meter reading with € 2,- per hour. Firewood € 15,- per 100 kg. Security deposit € 200,- per apartment.
Note: Any Italian municipal administration is free to introduce a so-called "tassa di soggiorno" (tourist tax) for holiday makers. Since this additional, compulsory charge can be levied from one day to the next and varies from place to place in terms of altitude and duration, Toscana Sì can not provide any binding information.
Nice comfortable house with a very nice landlord.
In the kitchen of the apartment Quercia there is a slanted ceiling, very large persons have to take care / occasional dog barking in the neighborhood can not be excluded.
Hallo Team Toscana Si, Hallo Jutta & Eva, Hallo Luigi es ist einmal Zeit für die vielen schönen und unbeschwerten Stunden danke zu sagen. Unsere Anfragen ob langfristig oder auch spontan wurden in der Regel fast zu 100 % erfüllt. Als Selbständige Unternehmer brauchen wir solche flexiblen Vermittler und Gastgeber. Eure Beschreibungen der Objekte sind " real und echt". Was wir an der Maremma "unserer zweiten Wahlheimat" so lieben ist die Natürlichkeit, die freien Strände, die Gastlichkeit, die Kombination von Kultur, Essen & Trinken, die gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto (ca. 7,5 Std. für uns, was mehr ist fliegen wir) und natürlich die Menschen. Von der Anfrage über die Buchung bis zur Bezahlung geht alles ganz entspannt......la dolce vita steht im Vordergrund. Wer Perfektion in den Objekten sucht, wird eventuell enttäuscht sein. Der Charme der Landschaft, das Meer und die Menschen machen das aber wett. Wer wenig Freizeit und Urlaub hat, weiss das sehr zu schätzen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle "sehr schnell runter", und freuen uns immer wieder über diesen "auch nicht perfekten Teil Italiens"und wir haben fast alle Teile bereist. Perfektion haben wir zuhause genug. Wir hatten zwar nicht so großes Glück mit dem Wetter, wie im letzten Jahr, aber dafür mit der Anlage: sehr schön, ruhig gelegen, schöner Pool, nette große Wohnung mit Dachterrasse und total netten Vermieter Luigi, der uns bei unserer Reifenpanne behilflich war und den Vormittag geopfert hat, einen passenden Reifen zu besorgen. Außerdem liegt das Anwesen sehr zentral zum Meer, zu unseren Lieblingsrestaurants ... Schee wars ;-) Familie Hainz

Hallo liebe Jutta, es wurde uns von Ihren Gästen auf dieser Seite nicht zuviel versprochen: Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Vigna Carbona, die Hauseigentümer sind wirklich super-nett und es stimmte alles! Auch wir profitierten von den Insider-Tipps, so dass das leibliche Wohl auch nicht zur kurz kam. Das war nicht die letzte Reise über Ihre Vermittlung in diese wundervolle Gegend!!!
