On the top of a hill, only a few cilometers from Massa Marittima, is this approximately 20 hectare farm.
The owner lives with his family in the large main house, while two free-standing outbuildings have been converted into holiday homes and furnished in a rustic style. There is also a small separate apartment in the main house, which the landlord gives to friends and relatives.
In the garden with tall, old trees there is a beautiful pool (10 x 5 m) with a wonderful view of the hilly landscape. For safety reasons, the swimming pool is closed with a roller cover at night, so that the water doesn't cool down.
The cars of the holiday guests can be parked on the property.
The next restaurant is approx. 3.5 km, for shopping approx. 5 km and the sea to Follonica approx. 19 km.
This building is diagonally opposite the owner's house. Ground floor: separate entrance through a terrace. From here you come into the spacious living room with kitchen niche. A glass door leads to the sleeping area, which consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower / toilet and another bedroom with two single beds. From the latter you enter a beautiful, covered veranda with an outside fireplace and barbecue. Since the house is built on a slope, a staircase in the living room (which can be secured for children) leads down to the back door. From there you get to a small, private wood.
If required, the holiday home La Legnaia 1 can be rented with an additional double room with private bathroom. This bedroom is in the basement and can be reached via the stairs.
This house is located at the side behind the pool and stands out due to its unusual architecture. It is a partially hexagonal, nested, two-story building. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace. From there a few steps lead into a small hallway. Here you get into the kitchen, which also has a dining table and chairs, and outside on the terrace. A small private garden area with barbecue is connected to this. Furthermore, a staircase leads from the hallway to the upper floor. This consists of a spacious walk-through room with sleeping space for one person, a double bedroom with a walk-in closet, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower / toilet. The bathroom was lined with special cork tiles.
