This two-storey detached house is located on the outskirts of Valpiana and offers a family with children lots of space. It stands in the plain below the medieval town of Massa Marittima, surrounded by an olive grove.
On the large, covered veranda, you can have your breakfast.
In the garden there is a nice swimming pool (8 x 4 m). It is a prefabricated pool that has been installed in such a way that it looks as if it has been let into the ground.
The small town of Massa Marittima it is about 9 km, to the sea with the long sandy beaches at Follonica is about 13 km.
Ground floor: a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a dining room, a billiard room, a bathroom with shower/WC. To the first floor you reach either by a narrow spiral staircase in the living room or by an outside stair from the garden. There is a double room, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with a French bed (width of bed 120 cm), a single room (extra bed possible), a bathroom with tub and shower/WC and a bathroom with shower/WC.

The furniture is simple and rustic.
Schade, schade, der Urlaub in der Toskana ist schon wieder seid einer Woche vorbei und der Alltag hat uns schon wieder. Um so wichtiger, dass wir einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub in der Toskana erlebt haben. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und das Haus liegt einfach sehr ruhig umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Trotzdem konnte man morgens zu Fuß zum Bäcker und zu einem kleinen Supermarkt (circa 300 Meter entfernt) gehen für die Kleinigkeiten, die man so zum Frühstück braucht mehr als ausreichend. Und in dem kleinen Ort Valpiana gab es auch zwei Restaurants/ Pizzerien. Das es ein eigenes Haus mit einem eigenen Pool mit viel Grundstück rundherum ist, hat viele Vorteile. Die Lage war auch gut, in circa 15 Minuten war man mit dem Auto am Strand und abends nach Massa Marittima hat man mit dem Auto auch nur wenige Minuten gebraucht. Zusammengefaßt ein toller und erholsamer Urlaub. Und das man sich auf die Aussagen von Toscana- Si verlassen kann, ist uns als Stammkunden eh bekannt und hat sich hier erneut gezeigt. Wenn Toscana oder Sizilien, dann sicher gebucht über Toscana- Si.
