The farm is located on a hill surrounded by olive groves near Valpiana in the municipality of Massa Marittima.
Just a few years ago four spacious holiday apartments were extended in an outbuilding. Meanwhile, other 4 apartments of different sizes have been set up on the second floor of the main house.
All accommodations are bright and friendly, with different color accents in each apartment. All have a separate entrance and a private patio or terrace.
In the garden there is available to all holiday guests a beautiful pool (5 x 12 m). There is also the possibility to make a barbecue.
The sea is about 11 km, the nearest small shop is only about 900 m. There you can buy sausage and cheese as well as fresh bread and open wine.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels included. Extra change of towels € 3 per set. Dogs (only small or medium-sized) by arrangement € 35 per week. Washing machine use € 4 including washing powder. Heating costs are billed according to consumption. Firewood € 4 per box. Wifi for free. Security deposit € 150 per apartment.
Note: Every Italian municipal administration can introduce a tourist tax. Because this additional levy can be introduced from one day to the next, and varies from place to place, Toscana Sì cannot give definite information about it. There are two friendly dogs.
You can buy the excellent olive oil from the own harvest / the beautiful well-kept garden invites you to stay.
From a point of the road leading to the house and easy to drive, you can see a former waste incineration plant at the bottom of the valley. When you reach the property of Baia degli Ulivi it is not visible anymore.
So viele Male schon durften wir dank Toscana Sì einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in der Toskana genießen. So auch dieses Jahr. Die Unterkunft Baia degli Ulivi liegt so herrlich ruhig auf einer Anhöhe, von wo aus man die wundervolle Aussicht in alle Himmelsrichtungen auf die Oliven- und Weinfelder genießen kann. Franco und Stefania (zwei der Gastgeber) haben uns so herzlich begrüßt und stehen einem mit Rat und Tat und guten Tipps zur Seite. Unser Willkommensgeschenk war eigener Wein (vom 95 Jahre alten Papa hergestellt, der immer noch jeden Tag die Arbeit am Hof erledigt) . Heute haben wir sogar frische Feigen vom eigenen Baum der beiden geschenkt bekommen. Außerdem komme ich jeden Tag in den Genuss frische Mandeln vom Baum zu pflücken. Die Nähe zum Lago dell' Accesa ist wirklich Gold wert. Auf den einsamen Stegen dort kann man den in der Hauptsaison oft vollen Stränden entfliehen. Aber auch am Pool der Unterkunft lässt es sich gut aushalten! Für Paare reichen die kleineren Appartements völlig aus; von der kleinen Terrasse aus kann man das Abendessen bei Sonnenuntergang in vollen Zügen genießen. Für Familien stehen eigene Appartements mit Garten zur Verfügung. Alles in allem tolle Anlage, tolle Lage, tolle Menschen. Danke danke danke an das Team von Toscana sì <3

Liebe Eva und Jutta. Wir mochten Ihnen fur eine schonen Urlaub danken. Wir blieben in AGRITURISMO BAIA DEGLI ULIVI, apartman Frantoio erste Woche und Dritta Die zweite Woche, 4. 8. - 18. 8. Alles war fantastich, Landschaft, Leute... Es war ein Wels und Balsam, fur Leute aus der Stadt mit Kindern wie wir sind. Sogar die Kindern waren aufgereget. Wir waren schon viele Male in Spanien, Griechenland, aber die Toskana hat uns beherbergt. So, noch einmal danke sehr, alles gute und nachtes Jahr wieder Herzliche Grusse aus Prag senden Petr und seine Familie.
