The property is located in a splendid panoramic position near Valpiana between Massa Marittima and Follonica. The farm is based on more than 50 hectares of land, including wine and oil.
There are 8 apartments of different sizes available for the guests and a beautiful pool (15 x 8 m) with sun terrace for refreshment and relaxation. Under the trees, everyone can quickly find their favorite place to read and rest.
For the children there is a playground and a table tennis table. A mountain bike rental is also part of the property. In addition, there is a "tasting room" as the in-house products such as wine, olive oil and honey are sold directly.
Since 2007, the company has been equipped with a photovoltaic system, which makes it independent of the energy technology. The hot water supply for some apartments is provided by solar panels.
The distance to the sea to Follonica is about 14 km. The small village of Valpiana is about 2 km away and the medieval town of Massa Marittima is about 8 km away.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Use of the washing machine € 5,- per wash (including washing powder). The WiFi connection (only in the outdoor area) is free of charge. Extra charge for pets € 25,- for each pet. Security deposit € 120,- per apartment.
Note: Every Italian municipal administration can introduce a tourist tax. Because this additional levy can be introduced from one day to the next, and varies from place to place, Toscana Sì cannot give definite information about it.
The farmhouse is in a really nice location / this resort is very popular with families with children. Direct sale of wine and olive oil from our own cultivation.
The furnishing is rather simple, but holidaygood.
Liebe Frau Gramatke, liebe Frau Hens, ich schreibe Ihnen, um Ihnen zu sagen, dass wir einen traumhaften Urlaub auf dem Agriturismo Il Tesorino verlebt haben. Es war alles so, wie man sich es in der Toscana wünscht: Zypressenallee, Olivenbäume weit und breit, Reben, Orleander - einfach toll! Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und die Anlage toll. Wir hatten mit unserem Appartment Nr 7 das Glück ganz am Rand der Anlage zu liegen und wirklich freien Blick auf die angrenzenden Olivenhaine zu haben. Der Pool war nie überfüllt. Es war wirklich wunderschön. Viele Dank für die tolle Organisation. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben wunderbare Erinnerungen im Gepäck. Viele liebe Grüße Familie Eggers

Liebes Toskana-Si Team, wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei Ihnen und bei "Il Tesorino" für den wunderschönen Urlaub bedanken. Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön und vor allem super-ruhig gelegen. So konnte der Urlaub ruhig und erholsam sein.
