Casa Vacanza I Limoni Orbetello (Grosseto)

In the south of the province of Grosseto is the Orbetello lagoon, which is bordered by the two promontories Giannella and Fenilia and which connect the mainland with the Monte Argentario peninsula.
A little outside the town of Albinia in the municipality of Orbetello, on the first section of the Giannella, is the holiday home Casa Vacanze I Limoni. It is just a few steps from the beach. The area is part of the WWF nature reserve Oasi di Orbetello.
The owner Katia, who inherited this house from her grandparents a few years ago, lives during the summer months with her family on one of the neighboring properties and is always happy to help and advise her guests.
The house is particularly suitable for families who want to spend a beach vacation and also for those who take their dog with them on vacation. The approx. 200 square meter property is completely fenced (height 1.50 m). The tall pine trees provide pleasant shade in summer.
The residential street (dead end) ends after a few steps directly on the beach. There is a beach bar here, where you can enjoy an Italian breakfast in the morning or a cocktail in the evening during the summer months.
In a nearby holiday village there is also a coffee bar, a restaurant where you can also eat a delicious pizza, and a small grocery store where you can buy essentials.
The center of Albina is about 2 km away. It takes about 20 minutes to walk. There are two supermarkets, a train station (very convenient for day trips to Rome), restaurants, banks and a few smaller shops.
The enchanting lagoon town of Orbetello is approx. 15 km away, the provincial capital Grosseto is approx. 34 km, Porto Santo Stefano (from here the ferries to the islands of Giglio and Giannutri) are approx. 12 km and to the small marina Porto Ercole is about 15 km.
