La Rocca delle Pigne Roccalbegna (Grosseto)

This ancient country house is located on a hill in the midst of olive groves, vineyards and fields in the municipality of Roccalbegna.
Silvia, who comes from northern Italy, realized her dream a few years ago and made this magical piece of earth her home. She restored the former manor house and set up a double room and a 2-room accommodation (without kitchen) in an extension next to her own apartment, which is on the first floor. A little apart from the main building is a single house that has also been converted into a suite.
The accommodations are very simple and rustic, just right for vacationers who love contact with nature and peace.
Silvia rules the kitchen and spoils her guests with delicious dishes. Most of the ingredients come from her own fruit and vegetable garden and of course from the neighboring farms.
The excellent virgin olive oil, which comes from the own production, perfectly rounds off the imaginative dishes that Silvia puts together again and again. Dinner is served in the large dining room, where breakfast is also served in the morning. and when the weather is nice, the tables are set outside.
In the evening people meet on the beautiful communal terrace in the inner courtyard, where an aperitif is available for guests who can get to know each other here with beautiful sunsets and in a very relaxed atmosphere.
