On this farm, where grapes and olives are grown, there are a total of 3 apartments and 3 guest rooms. It is situated on a small road between Grosseto and Scansano.
In a side building there are two beautifully restored and attractively furnished 3-room ground floor apartments. In a second building, there is a two-room apartment and one of the guest rooms on the ground floor.
An exterior staircase leads to the first floor, where a nice spacious triple room and another double room have been furnished.
In the garden, the guests can get refreshment from the summer heat in the pool (6 x 12 m) . A barbeque for barbecue is available.
Olive oil and wine can be purchased directly from the very nice landlord family, who live in the main house on the same grounds.
To the sea is about 28 km, to the nearest grocery store 4 km. The nearest pizzeria is about 2 km away.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels included / breakfast can be booked on request on the spot (breakfast is already included in the price of the guest rooms) / use of air conditioning is included in the price / pets € 35,- per week and per pet / heating costs are charged according to consumption / security deposit € 150,- per apartment or € 100,- per guest room.
Note: Every Italian municipal administration can introduce a tourist tax. Because this additional levy can be introduced from one day to the next, and varies from place to place, Toscana Sì cannot give definite information about it.
Very friendly host family / direct sales of olive oil from the own harvest.
House and pool are shielded from the small country road by a hedge, however, street noise can be heard depending on the traffic volume / the kitchen of the La Ginestra apartment is a little bit dark.
Wir haben trotz sehr kurzfristiger Buchung ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil gefunden. Alles war super, angefangen bei Haus und Garten, Pool, der sehr netten Gastgeberfamilie und der wunderschönen Umgebung. Da nimmt man gerne den langen Weg zum tollen Hundestrand fuorirotta in Kauf. Auf diesem Wege noch einmal herzlichen Dank für Ihren grandiosen Einsatz um unseren Urlaub, der aufgrund unseres terminlichen Missgeschicks schon zu scheitern drohte, noch zu retten. Im nachhinein war es sogar zu unserem Vorteil, da wir auf diesem Wege sowohl die südliche (La Quercia di Scansano) als auch die nördliche Toscana (Azienda Impalancati) bereisen konnten. Liebe Jutta & Eva, für unseren ersten Toscana-Urlaub haben wir eine sehr gute Wahl getroffen. Die Ferienwohnung war schön in toskanischem Stil eingerichtet, der Pool immer sauber und ein wunderbarer Platz zur Entspannung und die Familie Grechi sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem die Einladung zum Abendessen mit Gästen und Familie, bei dem wir die gute Küche der Maremma und die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter genießen durften, wird uns in Erinnerung bleiben. Aber auch die kulinarischen Empfehlungen und Freizeit-Angebote von Toscana Si! haben dazu beigetragen, Land und Leute (und das gute Essen..) kennen- und schätzen zu lernen.
