This small holiday complex is located in the countryside near Scarlino Scalo and is surrounded by meadows and olive groves.
There are two small holiday apartments in the former farmhouse. Both apartments have a beautiful covered veranda with an outdoor dining area and are "back to back" to each other. The little house is a bit out of the way in the olive grove.
In the large garden near the main building is the palm-fringed pool (7 x 14 m). Parents with young children particularly appreciate that this is fenced off. The swimming pool does not have the usual depth of 1.35 m, but is deeper than 2 m on one side.
A swing is available for the younger guests. The barbecue is available to all vacationing families.
The landlord family live in Florence, so that the main house is only inhabited temporarily and usually only on weekends.
A gardener takes care of the garden and the pool and is available to the holiday guests as a contact person even in the absence of the landlord.
The car can be parked within the fenced property.
It is approx. 2.5 km to shopping and the next restaurant, approx. 13 km to the sea.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Use of the washing machine for free. Surcharge for dogs € 50 per pet and per week. Heating costs (only if required) are calculated according to consumption. Deposit € 150 per apartment.
Note: Every Italian municipal administration can introduce a tourist tax. Because this additional levy can be introduced from one day to the next, and varies from place to place, Toscana Sì cannot he give definite information about it.
Direct sales of an excellent olive oil and honey.
Occasional traffic noises from the expressway cannot be completely ruled out.
Podere San Pietro ist eine tolle Anlage,ein sehr großes weitläufiges Grundstück komplett umzäunt und mit dichten Hecken bepflanzt. Absolute Ruhe, eine Art Insel mitten in dieser Landschaft. Ein sehr schöner Pool, für jede Wohnung Liegen und Stühle vorhanden. Von Sonnenaufgang bis Untergang Sonnen- sowie auch Schattenplätze möglich, je nachdem wie man es mag. Ein sehr freundlicher und lustiger italienischer Hausmeister ist auch zugegen. Uns hat es dort so gefallen das wir dort nächstes Jahr (2025) unbedingt wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen wollen und es auch werden. Nochmals vielen Dank an Toscana Si, wo wir bereits 5 oder 6 mal gebucht haben und alles stets reibungslos geklappt hat und wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden und werden.
