This authentic Tuscan country house is located in the municipality of Campiglia Marittima, in the district of Venturina Terme and is only about 4 km from the Etruscan coast.
A place of rest and relaxation, which, thanks to its unique location between the sea and the hilly landscape, is the ideal starting point for a varied holiday. Excursions to medieval castles and towns steeped in history are available and can be interrupted from time to time by relaxing days on the beach with refreshing baths in the Mediterranean Sea and wonderful lazing around.
Guests can choose between holiday apartments of different sizes and guest rooms in the categories Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite, Suite, Family Suite and Suite with a private, heated pool. There are solutions for romantic holidays for two, for families with children and groups of friends who would like to have a good time together.
All apartments and guest rooms are stylishly furnished according to Tuscan tradition and have been made into individual holiday homes using a harmonious selection of colours.
The inviting pool (8x12 m) with a separate children's paddling pool is located in the spacious, well-kept garden, which is framed by colorful blooming oleander bushes and in which tall pine trees provide pleasant shade. You can relax wonderfully on the sun loungers at the edge of the pool. The barbecue area with pizza oven, tables and benches is a popular meeting place in the evening, where holiday neighbors can get to know each other better in a relaxed atmosphere.
There is play equipment (slide/swing) made of colorful plastic for small children. The entire area makes a very well-kept and attractive impression.
The exclusive restaurant "Opera" was recently opened in the garden of the holiday complex. The menu offers traditional Tuscan cuisine that offers innovative culinary delights interpreted in a new style. Regional products, exquisite ingredients from the Val di Cornia and the hotel's own olive oil are used to prepare imaginative dishes.
The spa area, consisting of a heated indoor pool with massage jets and small waterfalls, makes this holiday paradise perfect and leaves nothing to be desired. The area can be rented exclusively by the hour for up to 8 people.

Large living area with sofa bed for 2 people, spacious double bedroom, private bathroom with large shower cubicle or bathtub. The rooms all have a view of the garden and are between 35 and 45 square meters in size.
(202 - 204) On the ground floor in the villa - entrance from the garden through a covered terrace. Small partitioned living area, spacious double bedroom, private bathroom with large shower cubicle. Each of the two rooms has a heated outdoor pool with massage jets for exclusive use and are between 30 and 40 square meters.
(302) Ground floor - separate entrance from the garden. Large separate living area. A spacious bedroom with two double beds, private bathroom with large shower cubicle. The Family Suites are soundproofed.
(304) Ground floor - separate entrance from the garden. Large separate living area, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, ensuite bathroom with large shower cubicle.
(L-306-311 / I 206) Ground floor with entrance from the garden or first floor with terrace. Small living area with sofa bed for 2 people, double bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom with shower box. The rooms are all individually furnished and are between 30 and 40 square meters in size.

Die Villa Toscana in Venturina ist ein absoluter Traum, genauso wie die Fiera Vecchia in San Lorenzo, wo wir letztes Jahr unsere Erholung bekamen.
