Located on the outskirts of Venturina in the municipality of Campiglia Marittima, this holiday complex, which opened just a few years ago, offers everything you could want for a family holiday. The total of 35 holiday apartments are housed in different two-story buildings that are arranged in a horseshoe shape around an inner courtyard with a pool. The colorful facades and the Mediterranean style make the complex look like a typical “Borgo” (hamlet) in the south.
Children feel in good hands, as they can quickly make friends with their peers at the pool (16 x 8 m) and in the small children's playground. There is also a whirl pool.
An animation program is offered to the younger guests one afternoon a week. The equation works out here: happy children = happy parents! In between, they can treat themselves to a personally tailored wellness program in the neighboring spa hotel.
The indoor thermal pool belonging to the hotel is open all year round. Special rates are offered for guests of Residence Le Corti del Sole. In summer, however, the nearby sea is the real attraction.
The long sandy beach on the "Strada della Principessa" between San Vincenzo and Piombino is only approx. 6 km away. The wonderful bay "Golfo di Baratti" with the ancient Populonia and the Etruscan excavations can be reached in a good quarter of an hour by car.
If you want to stroll in the evening, you can go to San Vincenzo (approx. 9 km) or Follonica (approx. 22 km) to mingle with the holidaymakers on the harbor or beach promenade. Only a few kilometers from the coast there are small charming mountain villages, such as Campiglia Marittima and Suvereto.
When walking in the medieval streets, the stress of everyday life is completely forgotten. Eyes and hearts open to the many new impressions from pictures, colors and smells.
Of course you can also make interesting day trips: Elba Island (the ferry port in Piombino is approx. 19 km), Pisa (approx. 95 km), Lucca (approx. 120 km), Siena (approx. 110 km), Volterra (approx. 75 km), San Gimignano (approx. 100 km), Florence (approx. 150 km).

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels included. Baby cot € 35,- per week, child chairs € 15,- per week, extra bed € 70,- per week. Air conditioning or heating included. Small dogs are allowed before July 1st and from September 2nd for € 10,- per day. Deposit € 150,- per apartment.
Note: Every Italian municipal administration can introduce a tourist tax. Because this additional levy can be introduced from one day to the next, and varies from place to place, Toscana Sì cannot he give definite information about it.
