This farm with olive trees and growings of cereals is localed circa 4,5 km from the coast, in the lowlands near San Pietro in Palazzi by Cecina. The friendly owner family lives in the main house of the cottage.
There are 3 rustic-styled holiday accommodations distributed in different buildings. On the spacious area you find a large swimming pool (15 x 8 m) with a separate children's pool and a whirlpool. The pool area is compleatly enclosed.
Since a few time there is a "Agricamping" at the adjacent area with 20 places for caravans and motorhomes.
Near by the holiday accommodations you can find a restaurant (ca. 1,5 km). The center of San Pietro in Palazzi distances ca. 2,5 km. Here you find shops, coffebars and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is in Cecina (ca. 6,5 km).
Separate ground level detached cottage close to main house and pool. A living room with Kitchenette, a double bedroom, a children's room with bunk beds and a small gallery with a reading corner (an extra bed for one person can be placed here). A bathroom with shower/toilet. Terrace with shade roof in front of the apartment door. Small fully fenced private garden area. The car can be parked near the house.
Separate, single storey house (approx. 150 m from the pool). A kitchen-living room, a double bedroom, a children's room with bunk beds and a small gallery with a reading corner (an extra bed for one person can be placed here). A bathroom with shower/toilet. Terrace with shade roof in front of the apartment door. Small fenced private garden area where the car can also be parked. From the porch of the cottage you can see a hall whose roof was blown off by the wind and unfortunately could not be replaced.
First floor in the second main house (about 150 m from the swimming pool) - indipendent entrance, a spacious living room with open fireplace, one separate kitchen, two spacious bedrooms with a double bed and one additional single bed, one bathroom with bathtub/WC, outdoor area with barbecue.

The final cleaning is inclusive. Bed linen and towels can be rented for € 12,- per person per change. Baby cot free on request. Washing machine use € 5,- (without washing powder). Extra charge for an additional bed € 70,-. Extra charge for dogs € 35,- per week and per dog. Firewood € 5,- per box. Deposit € 150,- per apartment.
Note: Any Italian municipal administration is free to introduce a tourist tax for holiday makers. Since this additional, compulsory levy can be levied from one day to another and also vary from place to place in terms of altitude and duration, Toscana Sì is not able to give any binding information.
The gardens of the two single houses Annesso and Carraia are completely fenced and are suitable for a stay with a dog. Direct sales of excellent olive oil and pasta, which are produced from the cultivation of their own grain by a small factory / In midsummer, the landlord occasionally organizes gastronomic evenings with music and regional delicacies. Those who register for it and take part have a great opportunity to really get to know the country and its people.
When the wind is unfavorable, you can hear traffic noises from the old Via Aurelia and from the railway line / unfortunately the facades of the two large, old houses have not yet been restored / the bathroom in the apartment Giulio is older / there is a pool Bathing caps are compulsory (the landlord provides bathing caps free of charge) / In midsummer, the landlord occasionally organizes gastronomic evenings with music and regional delicacies. Those who do not participate could feel disturbed by the music until late in the evening / The interior furnishings are very simple and rustic. Since it is an agricultural business, the yard and garden are a bit "untidy".
Liebe Jutta, Liebe Grüße von der nicht so einfachen Familie. Wir haben uns in unserem Ferienhaus rundherum wohl gefühlt. Es war hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zu vorkommend. Niemals hatten wir das Gefühl, dass unsere Kinder und Hunde stören würden. Im Gegenteil!
