Between rolling hills and surrounded by evergreen forests, this beautiful natural stone house with sea views lies in the heart of a large country estate very close to the ancient mountain village of Sassetta. From the garden, which is approximately one hectare in size, the view extends over the picture-perfect Tuscan landscape to the sea on the Etruscan coast.
With its 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Villa Carducci is an ideal holiday home for large families or couples who want to spend an unforgettable holiday together in this particularly beautiful Tuscan region.
The apartment, tastefully furnished in a Tuscan country house style, offers plenty of space and the long dining table in the cozy living room invites you to enjoy meals together. Cooking for a large group is really fun in the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen, which is tiled with the typical Tuscan blue and white maiolica. The use of authentic materials such as terracotta floors and oak ceiling beams, some antique furniture and the open fireplace in the living room create a cozy atmosphere. In a small side room there is a table football, which is particularly popular with young and young-at-heart family members.
In the garden, under two majestic, century-old holm oaks, there is a long wooden table that is suitable for outdoor barbecues. With a good glass of wine you can enjoy the evening atmosphere and be enchanted by the wonderful view and the unforgettable sunsets.
The beautiful pool, which provides pleasant cooling on hot summer days, is located a little away from the house and offers a unique panoramic view of the surrounding landscape and the sparkling sea in the distance. Everyone will quickly find their favorite spot here, with a book on a sun lounger at the edge of the pool or in the shade under the pergola (Unfortunately, at the moment we only have outdoor photos that were taken in winter available. In spring and in summer, when the trees are green, the garden is a dream. We will post new exterior photos of this domicile as soon as possible).
The four-legged family members are also very welcome and have plenty of space to run around on the spacious property (unfortunately not completely fenced in!).
Sometimes the property manager is present in the apartment on the first floor, who takes care of the wishes of the holiday guests in a reserved and friendly manner.
For shopping you can drive to Sassetta (3.5 km) or Castagneto Carducci (approx. 7 km).
Villa Carducci, immersed in a centuries-old forest with about 50 km of cycling and trekking routes, is located not far from the beautiful thermal spa of La Cerreta Terme in the middle of nature. The beaches of Marina di Castagneto Carducci, San Vincenzo, Baratti, Rimigliano and Sterpaia Park can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.
Ground floor - Entrance from the paved terrace. A large living room with an open fireplace and a large dining table, a separate kitchen with exit to a small terrace with a table and two chairs. 3 double bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 single beds and 3 single bedrooms (an extra bed for a child is possible). One bathroom with bathtub and shower screen, two bathrooms with shower, one handicapped accessible bathroom with shower. A small side room with table football. In the garden there is a long dining table where all guests can sit. Parking space on site.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. An extra bed is available for a child under 13 years for € 20 per day. Baby cot on request € 35 per stay (bed linen included). Surcharge for dogs € 5 per day (max. € 50 per stay). Heating costs are included. Deposit € 800.
Note: Every Italian municipal administration can introduce a tourist tax. Because this additional levy can be introduced from one day to the next, and varies from place to place, Toscana Sì cannot give definite information about it.
Wonderful location. From the garden and pool you can see the sea in the distance.
The last 3 km to the house are to be covered via an unpaved but well-maintained path within the property. From time to time the property manager is present and lives on the first floor of the villa. She leaves the car in the large parking lot.
