This holiday resort is a former farm with natural stone facade.
The house is surrounded by fields and vineyards, which are largely cultivated. It belongs to the small hamlet of San Lorenzo near Suvereto and can be reached by a roughly 500 m long gravel road from the main road.
There are 12 holiday apartments. Six 2-rooms-apartments are on the ground floor, three 2-rooms-apartments and three 3-rooms-apartments on the first floor.
All apartments are furnished in rustic country house style and have an outdoor dining area. The house is surrounded by a cobbled courtyard with an ancient fountain, as well as a garden with pool (8 x 15 m), barbecue and children's playground.
There is also a small restaurant, which is only open on a few evenings a week. On request and after prior order it is possibleduring the high season to have breakfast in the restaurant.
The car parking spaces are located on the property's own property. To the sea it is about 15 km, for shopping about 10 km.
The two-room apartments are between 40 and 50 square meters. Separate entrance on the ground floor or entrance via exterior staircase on the first floor, a living room with sofa bed for 2 children, a bedroom with a double bed or with two single beds, a bathroom with shower/WC, veranda, outdoor area or balcony.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels (weekly change) inclusive. Extra bed € 100,- per week, children bed on request € 50,- per week. Extra charge for pets € 50,- per pet per week. Air conditioning and / or heating (only if required) are charged according to consumption (€ 0,50 per kWh). Washing machine use € 4,- per wash (washing powder included). Wifi free (only in the outside zone). Security deposit € 150,- per apartment.
Note: Every Italian municipal administration can introduce a tourist tax. Because this additional levy can be introduced from one day to the next, and varies from place to place, Toscana Sì cannot he give definite information about it.
The in-house restaurant is very popular with guests.
The dirty road (about 500 m) wich leads to the house is a bit dusty in summer.
Unsere 2. Ferienwoche verbrachten wir nun zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft La Fonte die Vivalda. Wie auch schon im letzten Jahr war es wieder sehr schön. Viele Kinder, Pool... So hatten unsere Kinder auch wieder eine sehr schöne Woche dort. Besonders gemütlich ist der Pizzabend am Mittwoch mit Pizza aus dem Steinofen. Wir danken Anna für einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir waren 1 Woche auf La Fonte die Vivalda. Es hat den Kindern und uns super gefallen. Der Pool ist toll. Katzenbabys waren auch da. Außerdem viele andere Kinder zum spielen. Da wir die Gegend der Toscana schon kannten, finden wir die Unterkunft einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt zum Meer, für Besichtigungen und zum Einkaufen. Toll ist auch, dass im Büro fast täglich für 1-2 Std.(Zeiten hängen aus) Frau Schneider vor Ort ist, bei der man dann auch auf "deutsch" Informationen einholen kann. Leider ging der Urlaub viel zu schnell vorbei.Ganz liebe Grüße, Familie Koch

Hallo Jutta und Eva, hier kommt nun endlich der versprochene Gästebucheintrag, nachdem schon wieder ein paar Wochen Alltagsleben hinter uns liegen. Schade, daß wir nicht gleich noch mal in die Toscana kommen können, wie ursprünglich für August gebucht. Aber vielen Dank, daß es mit der Umbuchung auf Juni so reibungslos geklappt hat, sonst wäre ja unser Familienurlaub in diesem Jahr ins Wasser gefallen. Das La Fonte Di Vivalda kann man sehr empfehlen, geräumige Wohnung, Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder, schöner Pool, Restaurant von Signora Anna, nicht weit zum Meer,... , was will man mehr ;-). Vielen Danke auch für die leckere Weinverkostung im wunderschönen Garten vom Il Pupillo, schade nur, daß wir nicht mehr genug Platz im Auto hatten, der Sorpiero schmeckt nämlich auch in der Heimat ganz nach Urlaub ;-) ( habt ihr da schon mal über einen Versandhandel nachgedacht ?). Wir wünschen euch und allen Toscana-Fans einen tollen Sommer, bis zum nächsten Mal und macht so weiter, Annika,Tobias, Stefan und Heike Kerning
