This beautiful, restored stone villa is situated in the middle of an olive grove on the slope above the small village of Larciano (which is located in the province of Pistoia, but only a few km from the province of Florence) and offers a breathtaking view from the garden. Far from the hectic pace of the city, vacationers will find relaxation and recreation here.
On the warm summer days, the pool (9 x 7 m) provides the necessary refreshment. In the beautiful garden you can barbecue and end the day with a good glass of wine in the reddish light of the sunset (as you can see, even the romantic minds are not too short ;-)).
Podere I Sorbi is an ideal base from which to explore Tuscany and its many attractions. Pistoia, the historic capital of the district and Montecatini Terme (there is a golf course) are all just 15 km away. After Vinci (in the province of Florence), the birthplace of the artist and genius Leonardo da Vinci, there are also only a few km (about 12). Lucca and Florence are each about 45 km away. To the Versilia coast to Viareggio you drive about 65 km. And last but not least, you can reach Pisa (with its international airport) in about 65 km.
Grocery stores and restaurants can be found in the village of San Rocco di Larciano, which is about 3 km away.
For the holiday guests are 4 beautiful, comfortably furnished apartments of different sizes and 2 guest rooms available.

First floor in the annex - Two separate guest rooms with double beds (20 to 25 sqm), each with a private bathroom. Outdoor seating with table and chairs in front of the entrance door. The two rooms can be rented individually or together.

The panorama is truly unique / the house wine and the excellent olive oil are offered for sale.
The access road is paved, but on the last two km it is quite narrow and winding.
