Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, this former farmhouse is very close to the small village of Masotti in the municipality of Serravalle Pistoiese.
The sisters Ilaria and Nicoletta, who have experienced their childhood here, care attentively about their guests, who are accommodated in 3 rustically furnished apartments in the antique main building of the winery. There is still a third apartment, which is inhabited all year round.
In the large communal garden the holiday makers find a beautiful pool (12 x 6 m) with sun terrace available. Here it is wonderful to relax and you quickly get to know the other holiday guests.
In the small village of Masotti, which is within walking distance, there is a grocery store, a butcher, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a bar, a bakery, an ice cream parlor, a bank and a pharmacy.
The woods and fields that surround the property invite you to take beautiful walks in nature. For sports enthusiasts, there is a horse farm nearby (2 km), a tennis court (4 km) and even a golf course (8 km).
The famous thermal baths of Montecatini Terme are only 9 km away and definitely worth a visit.
The city of Pistoia is about 6 km away and can be reached quickly by car. Strolling through the beautiful old town you will find numerous shops of every kind as well as trattorias and restaurants, where you can enjoy the regional cuisine.
Day trips to famous cities such as Lucca (36 km), Florence (47 km) and Pisa (55 km) should definitely be part of the holiday program.
Who wants to make a trip to the coast can reache the beaches of Versilia after about 63 km.

Very nice landlords. Direct sales of wine and olive oil from the own production. Ideal starting point for excursions. There is a riding stable 2 km away.
The nearby village offers everything for your daily needs, but do not invite you to stroll and linger (this is the city of Pistoia with its beautiful old town, which can be reached in a quarter of an hour's drive).
