In the end of the nineties, the estate was transformed into a romantic holiday resort. The hamlet consists of several nested natural stone houses whose original rustic character has been preserved during the restoration.
The elevated position and the beautiful landscape made of vineyards, olive groves and fields, ensure that everyday life and stress are immediately forgotten on the arrival. The long avenue of cypress trees, which leads from the highway up into the park-like garden with its old trees, makes the heart of every hobby photographer beat faster.
The always cheerful Signora Lorella welcomes her guests with true cordiality, so that everyone feels immediately welcome. In the summer months the beautiful pool (11 x 8 m) is very popular by adults and children. The complex also includes a large hall, which can be rented by the guests for weddings or anniversary celebrations.
The location of the house is excellent, to make many excursions in the near and further surroundings. It is worth exploring the old town of Colle di Val d'Elsa with its many winding alleys. One of the most enchanting places in Tuscany - Monteriggioni - is only 13 km away and the famous city of Siena can be reached in about half an hour (about 26 km).
A total of 12 apartments of different sizes are available, which are accommodated in the different building tracts and floors. The appartments were all furnished in rustic country house style.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Additional bed € 25 per week (bed linen included). Cot € 25 per stay (bed linen included). Extra charge for dogs € 20,- for pet and per week. If the kitchenette and the dishes are not left clean, € 35,- will be charged extra. Heating costs are charged according to consumption. On request, a breakfast buffet can be offered for groups of 15 people or more - price per person per day € 15.Security deposit € 150,- per apartment.

The wonderful location, the well-kept garden and the beautiful landscape are the basis for a successful holiday / the house is particularly suitable for a relaxing holiday outside the high season. Direct sale of the house wines.
Sometimes traffic noise can be heard from the narrow country road.
Wir waren - nicht zum ersten Mal in der Toskana - diesmal für eine Woche in Colle di Val d'Elsa, bei Signora Lorella in Borgo Santinova, Whg. La Stalla. Wir (Paar, mittleres Alter) haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Lorella ist wundervoll und bei Fragen immer sehr freundlich und hilfreich, auch gerne zu einem Plausch bereit. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber gut eingerichtet, sauber, schönes Bad und gutes Bett. Die Anlage insgesamt ist sehr gepflegt, die Wohnungen so verteilt, dass man nicht "aufeinander" hängt, wenn man seine Ruhe haben will. Es wurde in unserer Woche zwei Mal ein Abendessen angeboten, das in einem kleinen Saal (jede "Wohnung" an einem eigenen Tisch) serviert wurde und einfach nur köstlich war. Und nicht teuer! Rundum eine wunderbare Woche (trotz mäßigen Wetters) - diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen.
