On the outskirts of the medieval town of Montepulciano known for its full-bodied wine, this small family-run holiday complex offers a wonderful view of the Valdichiana valley . Michele welcomes his guests with great warmth and is gladly available for insider information. In addition to his own apartment, he has built on the former farm property 3 simple and rustic furnished holiday accommodations. Each has its own separate outdoor area, so you can relax undisturbed.
In the spacious communal garden with its ancient olive trees there is a nice pool (7 x 14 m) with integrated children's paddling pool. Near by there is a panoramic terrace where you can have a good conversation with your holiday neighbors, or relax with a glass of the good Vino Nobile di Montepulciano wine.
To the shopping and the nearest restaurant is about 2 km, to the center about 3 km, to Chianciano Terme, where you can bathe all year in the warm thermal water, it is about 11 km and to Siena about 66 km.

Separate entrance via a furished terrace: a spacious living room with fireplace, a small kitchen, a small bathroom with showe/WC. From the living room you reach to the sleeping area via a narrow corridor. There are two double bedrooms (one with private bathroom with shower/WC), one bedroom with two single beds and another bathroom with shower/WC.

From the former barn has become a separate holiday house with private garden area and a somewhat hidden terrace with an outdoor dining place. Each bedroom has a bathroom with shower/WC.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Extra charge for pets € 50,- per week. Use of the washing machine € 4,- per wash. Heating costs are charged (only if required) according to consumption. Firewood free of charge. Security deposit € 100,- per apartment.
Note: Every Italian municipal administration can introduce a tourist tax. Because this additional levy can be introduced from one day to the next, and varies from place to place, Toscana Sì cannot he give definite information about it.
Very hospitable landlord / sale of the excellent olive oil from our own harvest / beautiful garden with centuries-old olive trees.
The last part of the approach road is a dirt road (about 800 m) and quite dusty.
Liebe Frau Gramatke, wir danken Ihnen nochmals für Ihre vielen Bemühungen uns eine schöne Unterkunft zu besorgen. Es ist Ihnen gelungen. Wir haben uns im Haus Le Corolle 3 sehr wohl gefühlt und dort sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen. Auch dieses Mal sind wir total begeistert und rundrum erholt aus den Ferien zurück gekommen. Es ist immer wieder faszinierend, wenn alles so ist, wie man es sich anhand der Fotos vorgestellt hat. Le Corolle ist eine Ruheoase kurz vor dem lebendigen Montepulciano. Der Tag wird einem nicht lang, auch wenn man einfach nur die Seele baumeln läßt. Wo findet man schon einen Pool mitten im Olivenhain. Überall Motive, die den Künstler oder Fotografen inspirieren. Michele ist immer zur Stelle, wenn man Hilfe braucht, kümmert sich liebevoll um seine Gäste wie um sein großes, gepflegtes Grundstück. Die 3 Ferienwohnungen sind weitläufig verteilt, trotzdem ist es nett, wenigstens am Pool mit internationalen Gästen in Kontakt zu kommen, so es sprachlich möglich ist. Für uns war es ein perfektes Domizil, nach schweren Wochen wieder Lebensfreude zu tanken. Die Ferinenwohnung für 2 ist gemütlich, identisch und ausreichend groß. Nur die Küchenausstattung war für Selbstversorger (die auch kochen wollen) etwas karg. Aber das hat die Freude nicht getrübt. Ich kann Le Corolle von Herzen weiterempfehlen und bedanke mich natürlch auch bei Toscana Sí für die tolle Organisation. Susanne und Werner, Juli 2018
