This private apartment is located on the neighboring property of Villa Valenti, in rural surroundings about 6 km from the beach and about 9 km northwest of Sciacca center. It is located on the first floor of a small restored country house, directly above the apartment of the very nice landlord family.
The house is surrounded by a typical Mediterranean garden with agaves, succulents and giant cactus and from the terrace of the holiday home the view extends to the nearby coast with its deep blue sea. In one part of the garden is still a small holiday house, the Casa delle Agavi.
Here it is wonderful to relax and enjoy the incomparable sunsets with a glass of Sicilian country wine. There are long sandy beaches nearby for sunbathing or relaxing walks, as well as sections of rocky coastline worth exploring.
The location is also ideal for excursions to the famous attractions of the island: the city of Agrigento with its unique Valley of the Temples (Valle dei Templi) is about 75 km away, the Selinunte archaeological site about 40 km, the small town Sambuca di Sicilia with its Arab quarter about 30 km, the salt pans of Marsala and Trapani between 80 and 100 km, the ancient theater and the temple of Segesta about 90 km.
The apartment has been modern and tastefully decorated with new furniture and impresses above all with its large roof terrace with sea views.
First floor, entrance via an outdoor spiral staircase, a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a storage room, a double room with private bathroom (shower / WC), a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower/WC, a terrace with wonderful sea views.

Final cleaning and bed linen are included. Towels can be rented for € 5,- per person and change. The use of the air conditioning or heating unit will be charged extra only if required. Deposit € 200,-.

The value for money is very good / the sea view is breathtaking / the host family is very gracious and attentive.
The spiral staircase which leads to the first floor and to the entrance of the apartment is very narrow / the last kilometer of the access road is not paved and quite dusty in the summer.
