This pretty holiday home lies between Istia d'Ombrone and Campagnatico. The name "Il Sogno di Dò" (Dò's dream) was chosen in memory of the landlady's mother. She had always dreamed of building a house right here on the top of the hill. It seems to fly on a cloud... high above the hills covered with hundreds of olive trees, which belong to the lands of the Agriturismo Casetta.
Those who love to spend the holiday alone and in contact with nature, will appreciate the beautiful location of this small country cottage. From the terrace the view slides over the hills of the Maremman picture-book landscape with meadows and forests, cypress-lined fields, olive groves and vineyards. In the distance, the sea sparkles and on days with a particularly clear view you can see the outlines of the islands of Corsica, Elba and Montecristo.
In the evening you sit under the veranda with a glass of fruity Maremmanian country wine and let yourself be enchanted by the unforgettable sunsets.
The small Tuscan dream home impresses not only by the panoramic location but also by the individual and very creative decor. Chiara, the daughter of the landlord couple, has created with imagination and artistic talent an exceptional atmosphere with a Mediterranean atmosphere. The lovingly restored country house furniture comes from the family heritage and the Maiolika tiles decorate the kitchen and the very beautiful bathroom, Chiara has burned in her own ceramic furnace.
On the property next to the house a small prefabricated pool (3 x 5 m with 1.20 m water depth) was set up.
The nearest town is Istia d'Ombrone, about 8 km away. The provincial capital Grosseto is about 15 km and the coast at Marina di Grosseto about 27 km.

The incomparable view of the Maremma landscape extends until the seaside / the individual furnishing with tastefully restored furniture and the tiles fired by the artist Chiara, with which bathroom and kitchen were designed, make the unique flair of this dream holiday house. Sale of organic products from the own cultivation such as wine and the excellent extra virgin olive oil.
The last 500 meters of the road wich arrives at the house are somewhat steep (but you will be rewarded with a breathtaking panorama!)
