This small, family-run holiday resort is located near the popular seaside resort of Castiglione della Pescaia, surrounded by fields and olive groves.
This is a farm which the couple Marco and Paola manage with much enthusiasm and dedication. Vegetables like tomatoes and spinach, cereals, sunflowers and olives are cultivated on the land belonging to the farm.
In the main house, where Marco and Paola live with their two children, two guest rooms are available. In the well-kept garden were built two adjoining buildings, in which 4 apartments and an other guest room have found place. In the comfortable furnishings of the accommodation reflects the simple, rural style of the maremmanischen farm houses.
At the barbecue place you can easily get in touch with the other holidaymakers. For the smallest guests there is a swing and colorful toys available. The car can be parked on the fenced property.
For shopping you can go to Castiglione della Pescaia, it is about 3 km, the nearest restaurant is about 1.5 km and the sea with it's long sandy beaches is about 3.5 km.
Near by the farm (2.5 km) is the stables "Maneggio Le Bandite". Here, children and adults can take riding lessons and those who are already safe in the saddle can take part in excursions on horseback, which Luca and his staff regularly offer. Toscana Sì customers receive a special discount from Luca.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels included. Use of the sleeping sofa (only for one child from 3 up to 12 years) € 35 per week. Direct sale of the excellent native olive oil / who takes bicycles on vacation can comfortably cycle into the citty and to the beach. There is a riding stable near the farm.
The last section of the road that leads to the farm is not illuminated in the night. Anyone who drives the bike should have a light.
Bei unserer Suche nach einer schönen Unterkunft sind wir durch persönliche Empfehlung an Toscana Si geraten. Besser hätten wir es nicht treffen können! Die beiden Damen bieten handverlesene Unterkünfte an. Diese werden ausführlich in Wort und Bild vorgestellt. Wir haben eine Liste erstellt, was uns im Urlaub wichtig ist - Ruhe, Radfahren, Reiten und Meeresnähe. Uns wurde sofort eine Liste der in Frage kommenden Unterkünfte zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Vorfreude auf den Urlaub begann schon mit der Auswahl unserer FW. Telefonisch oder per Mail war der Kontakt mit Frau Gramatke erfrischend freundlich und kompetent. Wir haben dort eine wunderschöne Wohnung auf dem Hof Agriturismo Bocci in Castiglione della Pescaia (Grosseto) gefunden. Dies war unser erster Urlaub in der Toskana und wir haben uns sofort in dieses Land und die Unterkunft verliebt. Die "Toscana-Si-Karte" konnten wir in vorgeschlagenen Restaurants, beim Reiten oder bei geführten Radtouren problemlos einsetzen und Geld sparen. Wir waren Ende Sept./Anfang Oktober 2019 dort und das Wetter war noch traumhaft bis 27 Grad. Einen großen Dank an Frau Gramatke und Frau Hens und wir werden unsere weiteren Toskana-Urlaube auf jeden Fall wieder über Toscana-Si buchen. Persönlicher gehts nicht! Liebe Grüße von Familie Schmidt

Wir hatten letztes Jahr bei Ihnen das Appartement "Il sole" - Agriturismo Bocci gebucht und versprochen, eine Rückmeldung zu geben - das habe ich leider nicht getan!!! Ich möchte es jetzt nachholen: Es hat uns sehr, sehr gut (!!!!!!!!!!) gefallen, die Wohnung war hell und sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ruhig, von Ihnen übrigens sehr gut beschrieben. Paola war für uns die ideale Vermieterin, weil sie genau die richtige Mitte zwischen Aufmerksamsein, Sich-Kümmern und Distanz gehalten hat. Sie hat ein gutes Gespür dafür, wenn man Ruhe haben und nicht angesprochen werden möchte. Sie war sehr aufmerksam und großzügig: es gab ständig frische Trauben - mal weiß, mal rot, dann mal wieder einen Wein, Kostproben von selbstgeräuchertem Schinken, ein Abschiedsgeschenk mit herzlichster Umarmung... wir werden sicher wiederkommen :-) Liebe Grüße von Familie Paul
