A bit off the beautiful resort of Poggio La Croce, next to the owners' country house, a former farmhouse has been converted into a beautiful holiday home. It impresses with its panoramic location and its Tuscan flair.
Two terraces ensure that you can always choose between sun and shade - depending on your mood. The beautiful pool (6 x 12 m) is used by the landlords only sporadically, so that the holiday guests mostly have it for themselves.
The house is located near the ancient village of Scarlino, which has kept its original charm with its winding streets and ruined castle.
If you love nature and tranquility, you will find here your ideal holiday home. Far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you can finally down a few gears after a hard working year and relax all around.
In between, you drive to one of the nearby coastal towns, Follonica (about 16 km) or Castiglione della Pescaia (about 28 km), and strolls there in the evening on the busy promenade. Golfers can enjoy their passion at the 18-hole courses in Gavorrano (12 km) and Punta Ala (27 km).
The nearest supermarket is in Bagno di Gavorrano (about 6.5 km), where there are also restaurants and pizzerias. The sea to Puntone is about 12 km. To the famous Tuscan cities with their many art-historical sights one can undertake day trips: Florence about 150 km, Pisa about 125 km, Siena about 90 km.

The beautiful, well-kept atmosphere, the wide view of the beautiful landscape and the nice landlords are the right ingredients for a successful holiday.
The access road (about 3.7 km) is well paved only at the beginning. After about 1.5 km it is still paved, but it becomes narrower and winding. The last 900 m it is a gravel road, which is sometimes a bit bumpy and must therefore be traveled slowly.
