In the green meadows and forests of the Maremma countryside between Campagnatico and Istia d'Ombrone lies this farm. On the approximately 60 hectares of land, cereals, wine and olive trees are cultivated.
The ancient natural stone house "casa padronale", in which the owner family lives, could still preserve the original charm of the Tuscan country house. The courtyard also has a small chapel whose bell tower can be seen from afar.
The former horse stable, which is located on the sunny side of the building, was converted into a charming holiday home in 2015 and can accommodate 2 to 4 guests. The elevated position of the apartment gives the view free in a breathtaking picture book landscape.
In front of the apartment there is the private garden with a dining area, where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets during warm summer evenings with a delicious glass of the fruity country wine from own cultivation.
Luca, the owner of the estate, personally takes care of his guests and is always available with tips for trips to the surrounding area.
The Poggio al Vento detached house is located on the hillside, just a few steps from the mansion and the Agriturismo Casetta with 2 apartments, located in the restored building of the former hayloft, just below the Stallina apartment.
The nearest town Istia d'Ombrone is about 8 km, Grosseto about 15 km and the coast about 27 km.
Ground floor: living room with double bed, bathroom with shower/WC. A wooden staircase leads to a gallery with a double bed. Two steps lead from the living room into a large open kitchen, private garden area with dining area and beautiful view in front of the apartment.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Baby cot (for children up to 3 years) on request free of charge. Gas consumption for the outside grill and costs for the heating (only if necessary) are extra charged. Security deposit € 150,-.

The wonderful location of the domicile and the successful mix of modern architecture and Tuscan country house style make the special charm of this apartment. Very nice and attentive landlord.
The dirt road to the house (about 1 km) is quite dusty in summer. The pool is not for exclusive use, it is occasionally used by the landlord.
